Been living in Australia for more than a decade we still struggle to find decent, simple, traditional Indian sweets. After wasting our money several times on useless and tasteless 'Australian Indian' numerous version of sweet stuff which sellers blatantly call and sell in the name of Indian sweets, we had enough !!! From Mangals to Virsa and what not, we tried it all only to get disappointed and dishing out hard earned $$$. We stopped spending any money on any of the so called 'Indian sweet shops' and would resort to home made gulabjamuns or some sort of halwa if want to have something more fancy. However, after looking at the FB pictures of your page, we took the plunge, drove all the way from one end of Adelaide to another and I'm so delighted to write that it was worth every effort. We bought 3 different sweets and they were great in presentation, taste and quality. They were as good as it could get, it was the surprise we thought we won't get atleast anytime soon and for us to enjoy good sweets we would have to travel back home. Now I'm hoping that with time and growing customers you don't drop your quality (as many business owners do) and would keep up the good work. If you continue serving the same quality products then you have us as customers for life. Best of luck to the whole team of...
Read moreIt’s the most disappointing restaurant. I would give 0 star if I had that opinion. Staff are cold, detached and not English efficient. I don’t feel any welcome that I always get from other Indian or any restaurant. Instead they even fooled me around. I have ordered 6 roti, they gave me 6 tandoori roti. That’s fine I have no idea. Then I ordered again 6 tawa roti( the one I wanted ), I specifically highlighted tawa roti 3 times, they said yes. Then they served me again 6 tandoori roti which was same as before. Then I asked them why they served me wrong things I already got by mistake before, they said they didn’t have tawa roti. Then why didn’t you tell me at the first place? Is it funny to force a foreigner to buy 12 roti she didn’t want? Is this the way you do business? Is this the way you attract customers? Yes, I know you don’t care about me, I am not Indian , I may only come once. But as a business or as a human being , staff are too rude and didn’t even show empathy seeing me twice with same food?! No apology , no refund, no empathy, no reaction. What’s the point of even wasting your food in this way? Please run business and deal with customers’ queries...
Read moreThen why your staff didn’t ask for refund or any further complaint. Why your staff didn’t notify that we don’t have tawa roti…why you guys don’t take complaints and instead of solving them, you guys just start arguing with your customer. And please don’t delete your menu pics online. Please train your staff professionally and instead of blaming customer, please handle the complaint as business. None of your so called ‘friendly staff’ tried to sort out anything . We do give good reviews if complaint was actioned in a good manner. This is himble request from so called International Guy, please start taking complaints in a professional way and work on your quality too. Where were the owner, when we called two times and tried to explain in peaceful manner. I as so called International guy reached to google reviews as end resort and many same reviews can be find below.
Please see owner replies for all 1 star review as they don't have potential to bear a negative review.
If we are from same nation, we never serve bad quality food, and if do so we take responsibility to accept and try to solve not lit a fire...
