Absolute garbage of an establishment. Due to a “health” policy that the manager could not conveniently remember they were going to throw out my niece (5 years old) and nephews (2 years old) kfc fries because they did not want to eat sushi. We had sat down for a good 15 minutes and everyone was ready to order when they decide to spring it up on us and the manager was going to grab the food and throw it out without permission. Horrible service and appalling that they would rather lose customers than allow small children to eat something other than sushi. I have been to other Sushi Train restaurants with the family and had zero issues. Will never be going back here again. I will also be telling all my friends and family about the way you treat people - With zero respect :)
In response to your comment: CCTV does not record audio and if you are saying that you have listened to it then you are recording with audio illegally. No, i will not remove my comment and my review will remain as I am the customer and I remember the events quite clearly that your staff and manager were very rude and disrespectful. If you have “rules” about outside food then you should maybe put a sign outside of your shop stating this instead of making people wait for so long in the queue, get to their table and then tell them after they are about to order their food. I’m not sure why you thought that we would be okay with throwing away the kids food and they watch us eat while they starve - NO they did NOT want your food. Lastly, the so called manager did not explain anything to us he just mumbled something about the health policy. Perhaps train him in understanding the laws and regulations better so that in the future he is able to explain it to...
Read moreThe sushi and the hot dish are very good and fresh, we love the food there. However, we are not very happy about the cashier’s attitude. When she inserted the number of the plates we ate into the screen, we found out that there was one dish that we hadn’t ordered but instead, we had ordered another side dish, so she went ahead to the table and checked with the waitress who counted our plates. When she came back, she said “Please make sure the number of plates or dishes is correct when the waitress was counting, because when the staff cleaned up the plates then I would not find out what missing” Then we told her that we showed the waitress a picture of what side dish we had ordered when she counted the plates, but we didn’t know what she marked. So is she blaming us for this...
Read moreWatched someone clean a table for twenty minutes.. no wasabi . Had to ask for it at the counter.. so many staff working there.. yet no service. Only time the service was immediate and responsive was paying the bill.. good location.. good setup... The staff were a big let down. Done bother about spitting on my next order. We won't be coming back. Unless the boss wasn't working that night. If I was the boss I would have lost my s h I t. Parking was good. Big crowd. Big line up. So must be something good about it. It was just probably bad timing on our behalf no doubt. Sushi train has always been a reliable establishment that promises and offers great food and service. We just didn't get it that night. Really sorry about...
