I took a 90 year old elderly client there today & Unfortunately It was too cold in The back room. I Know it's Winter , but possibly for 5 minutes in the Morning running a heater might of taken the chill out of the air - I ordered a latte for myself & a flat white - My client finished her flat white & I still had not received my coffee - We did inform the lady it was cold & she apologised - After my coffee was delivered she then opened up the back door , in the Room.we were sitting & cleaned the Toilet . I was surprised that after we commented it was Cold in the Room , that she would then open the door near us ??.Unfortunately we will not be coming back to this Cafe . We arrived with friends as a party of 8 at 12.15 for lunch on a Monday during school holidays. Only 2 sausage rolls were available, which was disappointing However we were lucky this was the case, the carrot inside them was raw and hard. They also contained a strong tasting herb and the children they were purchased for would not eat them.
