My wife and I walked in one night and asked if they had a table for two. I mentioned i did not make a booking, I was very surprised when the young lady said it was ok and gave us a table. We were very happy with the meals, drinks and desserts. Our meals were brought to our table within 20 min. General pub food, schnitzels and burgers, and fish and chips are standard or above. The specials are okay and some are really good like the lamb shanks but the specials are a smaller portions then the pubs standard meals. The service tends to be quite fast most days..the staff are accommodating if you need to change meal slightly which is great. There is also a mini playground for the kids in the back corner and if you don't want to hear them you can sit on the booth...

Topaz used to be a hotel we went to dine over on weekends and it was a delightful experience every single visit. However, recently I ordered a birthday cake from this hotel for my mum.
