DISGUSTING!! my boyfriend got a mega shake and dog meal, a $14 meal deal. he was asked multiple times what he ordered because the staff had forgotten. he was then given his shake, took one sip and a spat out a black beetle he had crunched on. he then went over and showed them and asked for another one as he wanted a shake. they then made him another one and gave him his hotdog, which he had asked for multiple times with cheese and didn’t get cheese on it. and to top it all off they changed him $17.50 instead of $12, which he noticed after as he was distracted while paying due to the constant questioning of what he was wanting. worst experience possible i don’t understand how they function and they need to clearly clean their place more! super young staff too that clearly haven’t been...

I ordered and paid for a birthday cake for my daughter. When I went to collect it on the day, they hadn't made it and no one knew anything about it, DESPITE THE ORDER BEING WRITTEN DOWN IN THE DIARY with the fact that it was paid highlighted. The person working on the morning dismissed us, saying "he just works there" and it wasn't his fault. Try explaining that to a 9 year old waiting for her cake to arrive so we could sing to her. I visited the store today at around lunch time. I will have to give 5 stars for the young girl that was working there on her own with a line up of people. She did very well to serve and provide people with thier orders. However I don't agree with leaving a person to work on her own at such a busy time. It must have been very stressful for her. she is probably getting paid near to nothing to deal with that. 🤮...
