Bought roughly 3 kilos of dynamic Australian brown rice a week ago, got home and put the rice into some glass containers that I air-sealed with gladwrap between the jar and the lid.

Took out a single serve of rice 1 week later and found 3 weevles in the pot that I was about to put aside to soak for 20 minutes.

$30+ dollars for 3kg's rice full of weevles that I'm going to have to throw out.

I'm happy to update my review if I can receive a refund for the purchase, otherwise it will have to stay I'm afraid.

There's also a lot of rice grains with what appears to be weevles within the grains. One of the grains of rice to demonstrate.

Update: 4 weeks later and no offer to make right, the sale of $30 worth of a product, not...

Hey folks visited today to check out, great range of goods and love the concept. I purchased a new muesli that was marked in store at one price but after purchasing realised I had been overcharged by roughly 30%. I asked the team member and they said “ah that happens sometimes” when prices are not updated. I suggested that should be fixed as it is against consumer law to charge a different price than what is displayed. There was no offer of refund or extra goods to the value I had paid. So I am conflicted as this clearly a bad thing, but the maple muesli is very delicious even if it’s 30% more to buy...
