Update Went there today and buns were great.When asked if they had any custard he showed me one cut in half. I am sure that they now do that for every batch Bought some apple custard buns Friday. Cut them open at home found small amount of apple and no custard. Rang them up and guy was going to talk to the person in charge. Went back today to get replacement, when he cut it Minimal custard size of a sultana. Service great because was offered refund or alternative item. Lopks like no one listen to customers at mitcham franchise with no training for new apprentices if this sort of thing happen. So basically you might not get what you paid for at Mitcham...

Hi, I often purchase and I am more than happy to pay more for sour dough. However, when I bought the limited edition mixed berry sough dough loaf yesterday, and to my surprise it has a lot more ingredients than I would expect of a sour dough product (starter, salt, berries and high protein wheat flour etc). I agree the bread tastes yummy, but I have grand children that are allergic to soy. And there appears to be no ingredients list on the bag or web for the limited sourdough loaf. I'll take this down if there is an ingredients list that...

The manager is getting walked all over by her staff. My partner walked in there yesterday to get a pack of rolls that we normally get.. there was 4 other customers waiting to be served.....there was a young girl employee on the phone ignoring the customers like she was more important then serving them.
