I am a fussy customer. I am the annoying patron who is always asking for substitutes and alterations to my food and coffee to suit my preferences... turns out I am the target demographic for Fifty3 Espresso because they get it right every time.
The overall feel of the cafe is warm and approachable with the communal table providing the perfect meeting spot for quick catch ups and unlikely conversations amongst strangers. The staff are always happy and neatly presented with a can-do attitude, and the owner obviously understanding the need of a well made cup of coffee for everyday function/ 3 o'clock-itis / or just as a treat.
For those who do not appreciate great atmosphere and even better service... perhaps stay at home and stick to...

However, the owner treats staff like trash. The numerous times I have been there and walked by, he is saying offensive things and seems to be bullying the staff. I have also seen him yelling at his children and partner a few times which is just unprofessional. I cannot return to this business until I know staff are being treated better and spoken to with respect. I hope this man is reported and new management/ownership...
