Supreme Leader Unley — Restaurant in Adelaide

Awful customer service. Twice now we have ordered here through Menulog, the food hasn't arrived for over an hour after the supposed delivery time, and when I've contacted the restaurant both times they simply blamed Menulog and told me there's nothing they can do. Both times the food eventually showed up stone cold - it had clearly been made on time and left to sit in the store for 1-2 hours before being picked up. On another occasion the food didn't show up and they refused to give me a refund, instead blaming the delivery service and telling me to take it up with them.

This place seems to have no concept that THEY are being paid for the food and THEY have a responsibility to deal with problems with an order. Instead they just blame THEIR chosen delivery service as though they have nothing to do with their own product. In effect, this shop has repeatedly kept the money paid to them for food which arrived stone cold and extremely late, or not at all.

When I say this is the best chicken I’ve ever had, I mean it—hands down, no contest. It was so good I completely forgot to take photos for this review because I was too busy devouring it! The chicken was insanely juicy with the perfect crunch, and that hot honey sauce? Absolute perfection. Just the right balance of heat and sweetness—not too spicy, not too sweet, just spot on.

Fried chicken was the worst i have eaten ever. I think you guys should just do noodle box. Go and get fried chicken from other places you will actually know how a fried chicken is cooked. Also the cap guy who serves food don’t know how to treat his customers, a poor brown guy came to pick his own food and he called him uber driver, i mean i saw guy face he was disappointed.
