Umisango Anglesea — Restaurant in Anglesea

It’s public holiday, everywhere is busy apart from this place, so we went there and ordered Ramen, the quality as shown in the pic, I don’t know if it’s Raman, no chashu and the soup just water. The service was extremely bad, the person just asked “what you want” instead of greeting and showing the menu, we finally figured out the menu and ordered ramen, he asked what you want to add, we confused cuz the menu didn’t show that we need to chose anything and shows it comes with Chashu. Then he took the payment without saying anything and didn’t give the order number, I guess maybe because we were the only customers atm. I know this store been there for many years, but I really don’t think it’s good, just the location is convenient, don’t wanna go...

The service at the counter was quite off-putting. The staff member's demeanor came across as rude, which might be due to language barriers, but I've encountered non-English speakers who offered much warmer hospitality.

Can not recommend more highly. Great value for the reasonably cheap price with fresh ingredients bursting with flavour. Allowed us to order even though we we arrived just before closing and were happy and pleasant while we ate.
