Raw chicken: I have dined here twice, My first experience dining here was lovely, the food was great, but tonight was an all around bad experience. I ordered the red miso chicken karaage ramen, the ramen was lovely, I bit into the chicken and it was raw, obviously I took it to the kitchen and told them about it and they said they’d deal with it, but the waitress brought back immediately saying “ we cut open another piece and they are fine, that one must’ve been bruised or just undercooked”. I was a smidge shocked for a few reasons. 1. that I didn’t get any sort of refund or new product 2. that they brought the same plate back without any care for cross contamination onto the other pieces 3. that they took multiple pieces of chicken off my plate and still gave it back. I cut through the other pieces, a bit nervous that I would get food poisoning, and multiple other pieces were quite pink. I didn’t eat many of them, only one piece, and i’m still quite nervous i will get sick, unfortunately the customer service and way this was handled was quite unprofessional as I was offered no replacement of refund and they brought back the same plate without care for any cross contamination. The food was pretty average tasting, but overall I would've given them negative stars if I could because I got teriyaki tofu rice bowl and the dish only came with 4 small squares of tofu, even though people in the restraunt who had gotten meat were given at least twice as much food. I then asked if I could get more tofu and was told it would cost $12!!!!! Which is outrageous and almost the price to get a whole second rice bowl a.k.a. a massive rip off, which is exactly what I told the manager and he went on and said "it is what it is", if that's not shitty customer service then I don't know what is. On-top of that, my young child who ordered the katsu chicken rice bowl found a very hard peice of "chicken" in one of the chicken strips, who very likely could've choked among many other things, so yes my real rating is definitely in the negatives. I had the most incredible dining experience at your restaurant. As a huge fan of Japanese cuisine, I was blown away by the authenticity and quality of the dishes. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff made us feel right at home.

The food was truly exceptional. We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was expertly prepared and presented. The flavors were bold, delicate, and nuanced all at once, and the ingredients were clearly fresh and of the highest quality.

The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, with traditional Japanese decor and soft lighting that made us feel like we were in Tokyo itself.
