I have made an order through Redrooster App, the order has been delivered to the wrong address and I have contacted the delivery service where they have issued a refund for the order back to Redrooster. Since then I have tried multiple times to contact Redrooster customer service and all the attempts were unsuccessful. I went to the branch today were my order was placed, the staff and the supervisor were incredibly rude and went straight on telling me they don't issue refunds and this needs to be taken to the delivery service as they have my payment details, I don't understand what is needed more from the delivery service than issuing the refund back to Redrooster and why would a third party company have access to my payment details when i have ordered through YOUR APPLICATION without my consent, this is absolutely ridiculous as It has been over a month now of me trying to get the refund. The customer service has been horrific, and I don't understand why would anyone order through your app if when facing any problem you guys are unable to solve it! I will definitely never be ordering through your app again or ordering from your restaurants in general as a matter of fact as this has been a nightmare. I still haven't received my refund till now and wasn't even contacted by your customer support after over two weeks of filling your online...

Three pieces consisted of the chips, potato gravy, pineapple with chicken that consisted of 2 wings and a very small drumstick with a drizzle of red hot sauce. Not impressed.

How's about a pickle burger with no pickles, or the buttermilk wings that looked, felt, and tasted like they were made two weeks ago. And refused a drink even though it comes with one.
For God's sake the environmental health needs to visit this place and go through it in detail. This needs closed before they kill someone.
