sorry to say - I come here because I usually like it. But I was relaxing with a cup of tea after my beef and polenta that was enjoyable. The young woman cleaning the next table sprayed her 'spray and wipe' from one metre away and I inhaled it. I was surprised that she appeared not to notice. I spoke to her "That stuff carries". Her reply: 'yes it's bad isn't it?' and she went off.

I went over and asked her who is her boss? She replied it is Mark .. I said I wanted her to tell him what I said to her and what was her reply. Not once did she demonstrate some concern for this spray directed in my direction that I breathed in. I know I don't have to come back. But a little bit of training in customer care, appropriate responses, and a better way to clean the tables, would go a long way to enabling others to not have to experience the misery of discussing bad service with a teen-aged girl who seems as if she does not care. Added to that, I paid, spoke to the boss, who gave me, no, not my money back, but a rub on the arm, a pat and a reassuring promise to 'deal' with it. I got a headache from that stuff what ever it is. not worth it

Terrible services! We went to have late lunch on Friday 17th July 2020 around 2. 30pm. The girl who work as a reception told us to go to the seat and told us that they will come to get order at the seat. We were waitting at the seat for 15 mins. We tried to ordered again because no sign of the staffs to come to get the order ,but the reception told us to wait at the seat again and then the staff come to get the order from the customer who come after us and told them that no more food for today,only serve the drink. What's does it means??Totally we waste time for 30 mins and get nothing even the water!! If you don't have food,the reception should tell us in the first time,so we will make a decision to wait or go somewhere else?? After I read many bad comments about their services,it's similar our suituation. What does it mean??? Too much customers and make them work harder?? That's why they did like this? Very...

We have been to this cafe several times. I will not be back. We are never greeted sincerely. The service is always sooooo slow even when we order just cakes. We love the cakes and they are homemade which is the only reason we go to this cafe. But I can bake as well and due to the complete lack of service with a smile I cannot justify the expense any more. I do not understand how people can say that they receive good service after several times over two years we have not received the same. I do not think this cafe could survive if they were not in the location they are in. And you can tell management and the owner dies not care about service as there are NO responses to shy of the reviews. Good or bad. Indifference deserves indifference...
