Wonder Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Armidale

Cheaper then many other Chinese in Armidale. Had lovely Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree. Meals were very adequate and nice to eat They seemed like they wanted to close We infact asked " When do you close" Told 9pm but the lady removed the open signage and turned off the open light at 8.30pm. Seemed to be some deal going on a man arrived messed around in his car then bought in a retail pack of prawns from one of the local supermarkets and dissappeared into the kitch then emerged some time later. Walked out and drove off? The staff were very nice but doubt they had work visas more likely...

We were staying the night on our way through town decided on eating at Wonder Chinese best Chinese l have had in a long time. Food come out fast it was a ( Monday night )very generous serving we couldn't eat it all so yummy. We Dined in had Fried rice, Mongolian Beef and Lemon Chicken, Prices good value restaurant older style decor but clean and comfortable. Thank you definitely...

Visited restaurant October 2019 - meals were all delicious, however tonight Jan 2020 very disappointed when presented with very bland meals for 6 people. Chef aware that 2 of the meals were particularly unacceptable with no advertised sweet and sour taste at all. The chefs response was that when water comes out of vegetables it decreases the sweet and sour taste??? Will not...
