Pastacup Baldivis — Restaurant in Baldivis

I had an extremely disappointing and unsettling experience with Pastacup. After reheating my pasta from yesterday's delivery, I was horrified to find a hair entangled in the pasta while eating. The hair, about 50mm long and, was disgustingly evident on the end of my fork. Despite my attempt to capture this gross negligence on camera, the hair was lost in the process. This appalling discovery completely ruined my appetite and left me feeling utterly repulsed. The thought that I might have ingested other hairs without noticing is deeply disturbing.

As a result of this egregious lapse in hygiene and quality control, I am thoroughly disgusted and have completely lost any inclination to eat from this establishment again. I feel compelled to warn others and will be sharing this awful experience in a detailed review on my Google account. Customers deserve to know about the potential health risks and lack of care...

I'm not one to review a lot, but this place was disappointing. We ordered a carbonara and bolognaise. The bolognaise just tasted like tomato paste, the gnocchi was dry and crumbly. If you're looking for a traditional carbonara... Or even just a carbonara... this isn't it. It tastes just like a packet Alfredo pasta from the supermarket. For the price, we were expecting a lot better, considering you could go to a restaurant and pay a few dollars more and get a MUCH better meal. $40+ for two medium pastas and one drink......
