Subway Baldivis — Restaurant in Baldivis

Hands down the WORST Subway in Western Australia!!!

The incompetence of the staff is outrageous. Have been craving Subway all week, dropped in 3 separate times for lunch while working from home everyday this week - each time between 12.30-2pm and not once was meatball available - "oh sorry we don't have any or we won't have any for at least half an hr", meanwhile you could see the next container of meatballs just sitting there on the counter outside the microwave all 3 times.

I mean its lunchtime - how in the world have you ran out already and don't have the next lot heating up in the microwave!!! The workers just look at you blankly like they don't even know what day it is - HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Tried again today as I didn't want HJs or Maccas and the misses was craving a wrap, yet it took 20minutes to get my order with only a few people in front of me - was a blow fly having a party on top of the cheddar cheese while the girls just went through the motions - the most miserable pair of sods on the planet.

Get some more competent staff, invest in a new microwave and improve the service. We want to give you our money - why do you make it so...

The absolute worse subway in Perth and I've been to most, I can't even begin to express how bad this place is, if you even remotely care about your food, hygiene, even the health of the people you're buying food for, then I'd avoid this place at absolutely all costs. From flies in the salads, to literally sweeping whilst they're making your sub BETWEEN the sub and the person making it and literally watching the floor dust ploom up and settle into your "fresh bmt sub", they'll even whipe things with their hands whilst waiting for the sub to toast then start doing your salads like they didn't do anything, and I don't mean the food bench, I mean ontop of the ovens and around the register... It goes further but I don't want to make you feel sick if you don't already!! They seem to have this idea that the gloves are to protect their hands, not the customers food, they definitely aren't the sharpest tools in the shed. Do yourself a favour, if you want subway, go anywhere else, or just go to one of the fast food joints close by, they're significantly more hygienic than this place,...

BAD REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!! NEVER AGIN!! Ordered online about 40 min ahead. Got there and only one young lady was serving everyone, the other one was on her break. In the meantime she serves the customers and the phone rang she then to finish the customer's order to answer the phone. The lady on her break must have been on her lunch break because I walked in the store 5 min later then we said we would pick up. Waited another 15 min and our order has not even been done. That took another 10 min. The lady who was on her break came to the front walked around and went back on her "break" the young lady that was serving everyone asked her when her break is over. She must have been on lunch at 6:30pm it definitely was not a smoke break. Then I got told that there is no Avocado we already paid for it, I said it is okay, she said she will give me a refund and never did. I asked for a Rye bread and got white bread instead. The young lady that was serving was very polite and was pretty stressed. You need to shot out your worker or you will loose all clientele. REALLY REALLY BAD...
