Batemans Bay Bakehouse — Restaurant in Batemans Bay

After arriving in Batemans on a Premier coach for breakfast, we wandered around the bay looking for something to eat. After perusing all the local menus, we found Batemans Bay Bake house. Oh my gosh, we were not disappointed!! The ladies greeted us with a smile, we ordered the bacon and eggs with toast.. SOO MUCH FOOD!! with a coffee included in the price- which compared to the other 'tourist price' establishments in town, was beyond reasonable, we couldn't have asked for more! Recently visited this cafe for breakfast and felt that person who took our orders was very rude and even missed one item and made it feel like it was our fault. Indoor seating wasn’t great either. Had to take the pancakes back twice. The first time because they were so cold (frozen?) the second time the were microwaved to the point that we could cut the edges. The 2 x Benedict breakfast were not cooked through and they obviously use the end of all the breads. No salt and pepper and cold coffees made this a miserable breakfast. Definitely not worth the $65.
