The place has always been good the times I visited so you earnt that good rating for sure. Thank you for always being nice to me everyone who is, and I enjoy getting to experience our pleasureful moments together 💝... like Vegas or Pattaya, I ain't going to mention what happens there publically unless you chat to me in person haha 😆😝😅

However I absolutely hated Neon Night on Friday 18/10/2024. Your receptionist girl was very mean to me the whole time I was there, there was this one particular moment where I was going back to a room my friends were; not even 10 minutes had passed. I had no way of knowing some other group was there, because it was a shut door, so I slightly opened to check and show it's me, thinking it was them. Ok oops, there was some other people in there, but it is not like I did that on purpose. She was a bit out of line to tell me off in front of everyone... luckily I'm not my younger self and very calm and discipled at handling hostile situations.

Also I kinda felt overall my experience wasn't fun for me and a major let down; so 1 ⭐️ for Friday night. Everyone was acting very strange, don't know why, but after that last moment where these people just went into the front room and told me to stay out but everyone else got to go in, kinda did it. That's why I left early for the first time ever.

In future just tell me that it's for exclusive members only, so I won't bother certain people I made a mental list off ever again. I can't always get what I want and I know that, but sheesh... you trying to create a super villain over here? At least tell me nicely "Sorry sweetie, it's just for us"... not shut the door on me rudely. ALSO I only followed that group because one of the guys asked me too, he even tugged my arm and told me to come... 🤷🏿‍♂️

There were so many other issues I had, but will discuss those in Private when I return from my trip.

Whoever the 'crew' were need to be a lot more welcoming and work on their people skills, especially when I am paying $90.00 to mostly get ignored like I was all night and almost every interaction felt like I was an 'unwanted' presence? 🤔🤨. I'm the most friendliest/ out going guy, but even I was like nahhh that was f*ed up. It made me very mad and ruined my night 😤.

I don't know about these weekend events for me... I prefer the weekdays, it's little more chilled and intimate, thats kinda more my forte. 👌 Just FYI for whoever is reading this. That was my experience, how was yours?

The biggest scam in Australia. I called and was told that I need to arrive early if I wanted any chance of getting in. I arrived shortly after opening time and they were very quick to take my $90 entry fee. I was the only person there but I was "assured" that the place would fill fast. In the next 2 hours, one other single bloke arrived and a couple - that's it. At around 10:30, the other couple decided it was time to go and shortly thereafter, the owner decided to close shop and told us (me and the other single bloke) to leave. We asked for some sort of refund but the owner was downright rude and blatantly refused. My advice to whomever is thinking of visiting this establishment - DON'T. A complete waste of time and money. Rather take your money and flush it...

Wheelchair accessible toilet. ACROD parking across the road. Manual wheelchair only as there is a threshold step that has to be negotiated. Staff are wonderful and happy to assist. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and plenty to do on the ground floor (outdoor socialising, pool table, 2xplay rooms). I'm timid in new places and have been treated with a lot of care and respect by most. The staff will check in on u even if off-duty which helps promote the feeling of safety. Queer-friendly.
