I wish I could give them negative infinity. I am coming back from this rubbish restaurant with headache after fighting and arguing with the so rude people of this restaurant. Their kebab was terrible. It seemed to be a fresh piece of a living meat🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮(you will see in the photos that blood is still coming out of the kebab). The worst is that when I said them that this kebab is not good at all, they didn’t say a simple sorry and started to argue with me in front of my little daughter. They were super super rude even the manager and she started to shouting and said that don’t come here again!!!! I have never seen in my whole entire life such a rude person. My daughter was just crying of their rudeness!!!!!! My hands are still shaking as I am so furious 😡😡😡😡 You will get mentally and physically sick if you go there and you will put your money in a rubbish bin. I am looking for a way to complain them legally.

One of the most delicious meals I've had in a long time. When the meals were brought out I knew we were in for a treat. We'd ordered the Banja Boranee eggplant dish (my new favorite dish!), the Sabzi spinach, Palak Perikee Afghani flat bread, Garlic Naan and Kubuli Rice. We'd both been given fresh mint yogurts dips each. The Garlic Naan was huge! The flavours and spices weren't the convetional ones as found in popular Indian or Chinese recipes, so the tastes and textures were novel and excitingly different. I found my self savouring the flavours as I ate, pausing, wondering, trying to process the source of my sudden delight. It was a hardy and delicious meal, during the initial couple of spoonfuls I knew wecd had to come back! It was so wonderful to discover this little gem in the suburbs, was very pleased!

If you haven't already tried Afghani food, don't wait any longer! There is a diverse range of dishes here, such as curries, kebabs, vegetarian options and freshly made filled flatbreads and naans. The breads are amazing, and huge! The dishes are all perfectly accompanied with various sides that compliment the particular dish, which could be a minty yoghurt dressing, expertly cooked rice, salad, naan. The servings are very generous, so go there hungry and you might still ask for one of the paper bags that regulars ask for to take home half the bread, because it's too good to waste. All the dishes I tried were fresh, tasty and used herbs and spices expertly. This is a casual place with a simple focus - sharing authentic and much loved dishes from their home country.

We were waiting more than 1 hr to get our food.Me and my boyfriend after we had long week we just wanna have one nice dinner together. After we wait 30 mins I look around there are 9 tables including one big table .Every-table have food and just us watching empty table .I try to made eyes contact with waitress so that she can know that we are waiting but it was failed she seem busy with other stuff. After 45 min I can’t wait anymore and also no one come and noticing us what happening with our food So I decided to go counter and ask.She said sorry causally and go and check with kitchen. And then she keep continuous cleaning tables and never come back to me with answer.Again I have to stand up and walk to her to know what going on.She said printer didn’t work and our order is not went through. Finally we got our food after waited 1 hrs and 10 min and we ate those food with 10 min because we were so hungry and at the same time I feel embarrassing eating just 2 of us in the whole restaurant and everyone leaving. We enjoyed our food and appreciate it.But I could say my first experience in BAMIYAN Restaurant is worst. She give us 2 Can of coke as treat I even didn’t drink that was really funny if it was how you guys take action after knowing customer waiting too long and no one noticing about this docket till customer came and ask you.Too tired to complain but just wanted to recommend to anyone who decided to go there Do Not Polite to ask anything if you don’t care your food they won’t care your food and time.To owner Good luck with your business for me I would say I would...

I don’t want to put a even a start 👎

We come across this restaurant and we thought to try it on cuz we love traditional foods. As we were not too hungry we thought to try a different few dishes so we decided to have one serve of dumpling which comes with 10 dumpling in quantities and one bread filled with potatoes. when we ordered this withers who happened to be a counter lady as well she refused to take our order and the reason was it’s too small quantity and they can’t service us unless we order bigger quantity or some extra curries and kababs beside it.

she was pushing too much to order the extra dishes that we didn’t not wanted to eat. Or she said she can provide our order if we do take away so we agreed for take away but then she told us to set outside of the restaurant and she will come back once she served the rest of the customers.

Even tho we were the 3rd customer. That really felt bad and disrespectful as she asked us to set outside of the restaurant just because we were doing take away and the rest of the restaurant was empty so then why we had to leave. We left the restaurant very disappointed without eating anything and had a very bad experience with “bamiyaan restaurant”. So we will never go there again and we wished we never been there.

The lady was rude while she was talking to us when she heart our order she didn’t even apologised or speak in a nice way.

Also as a restaurant they should know customer service rather then not forcing peoples to eat what they have or what they want. Only Allah knows...

Went there on Sunday (fathers day). This is the first time we've visited this place. We thought It'd be nice placed based on the great reviews stating that their service and staff was lovely and professional and the food would be good. We went after midday; the restaurant was empty. There was no such ambience (no music). Moving forward - someone comes to get our order. As we're in the middle of ordering we ask the man a few questions about the food. The guy kept answering in an extremely arrogant manner. The place was empty so its not like he was exhausted or something. It almost seemed to us that he didn't want to be working there. And we did ask him back saying "is it just me or do you seem a bit rude". We told him that we're here for the firts time so we don't know the food. We were a family of 6 there and he had affected everyones mood in an unpleasant way. He didn't apologise for making our first experience terrible. Later on both of his parents (owners) came to make small talk but also didn't apologise or hint a sense apology. The only reason I give 3 stars is because the food was alright. I would give 0 for the customer service experience. Especially because we went their for a special occasion.(Edit) After just posting the review I read a bit more of what people had to say about this place. And they also has the same terrible customer service/ unprofessionalism...
