Pizza Hut Camp Hill — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Hut Camp Hill. Not only was the service abysmal, but the overall management seems to be deeply flawed.

First and foremost, the positive reviews on Google are clearly fake. It's evident that they are trying to manipulate their ratings to cover up the real issues. This level of dishonesty is appalling and misleading to potential customers.

Furthermore, the treatment of employees is shockingly poor. It's clear that there is a significant level of neglect and mistreatment happening behind the scenes. Employees are not being treated fairly or with respect, and it shows in the overall service and atmosphere.

These people are racist, and myself and many employees are fed up with this, they don't communicate anything to us. Continuing on the racism, it is very clear that they only give shifts to people of the same race. Many White employees were left out and neglected after their arrival into the business. Groupchats of just Indian ethnicity members were created yet again, leaving out white employees.

Wouldn't bother trying to get a job here.

Not only that, but many employees were neglected for weeks on weeks. Not given a shift leading to many people quitting. When asked about the lack of shifts, we were given a response saying " Family members are being prioritised". Myself and many other employees have years of experience and yet these new so called family members who are utterly abysmal at their job seem to getting more shifts. In the larger groupchat with all employees, It became pretty clear that there was a other group chat excluding white employees as there were zero messages, and i mean zero sent over the span of 4 weeks. No replies, nothing.

However, recently I and many other employees have been removed from this groupchat and given no reasoning as to why.

Lastly, In my minimal time with these new owners, came new employees, specifically one of these employees. This male, who we will call James to keep his identity, interacted with me in a non professional manner. "James" asked me to film videos after my shift in the back room, keep in mind I am a minor and very far off an adult age. This employee ended up attempting to beg me after multiple stern No's from me. This employee is also really strange as he admitted to drinking oil, and drank dirty sink water with bits of food and god knows what else is in that sink. He also cleaned his face with this dirty water in which I saw bits of food and other pieces of disgusting stuff. If you are reading this you creep, you know who you are.

Overall, this place is a disaster. They need to address their internal issues, stop faking reviews, and start treating their employees properly. Until then, I would highly recommend avoiding Pizza Hut Camp Hill. Nobody will speak up, so now is the right time to do so. I expect a response and also an apology before legal precautions are taken. Otherwise, this Pizza Hut need to pick up their act or they will be facing legal issues very soon. And expect the worst. - Anonymous...

The other day we ordered wings from another Pizza Hut, and were so impressed with it that we had to have it again. The chicken was nicely cooked and the buffalo sauce was on point. Honestly, it was a great experience and I should probably do a review for that place.

However, upon ordering buffalo wings from this Pizza Hut, we realised not all Pizza Huts are created equal. We should have known there was something fishy when our order was ready to pick up within minutes. Chicken needs time to cook right?

The chicken we got was cold and soggy. The buffalo sauce was not the same as last time either. It was actually really sweet, NOT what buffalo sauce should taste like. It’s almost as if they had extra BBQ chicken wings sitting there, saw our order come up and decided to throw buffalo sauce over old food in the hopes we wouldn’t notice.

Icing on the cake was when we called to complain. We tried to explain the situation and what we got was an earful from the lady telling us that it couldn’t be the case, that she did it all, that it should have been hot, and that it definitely was buffalo. Just a non-stop monologue of how we were mistaken. We ended up just hanging up. So at the end of all this, we are minus $15, a bin full of wings, and a profound dislike for Pizza...

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had a fantastic experience. The quality of the pizzas was exceptional; they were freshly made with delicious toppings and a perfect crust. I particularly enjoyed the variety of crust options they offered, which added a unique touch to each pizza . I ordered 2 BBQ chicken, ultimate hot n spicy, veg sensations,Hersey cookie, cheesy garlic bread and chocolate mousse all were looking amazing and delicious

The service was excellent as well. The staff were friendly and attentive, and my order was taken accurately. They also accommodated my special requests without any hesitation. The restaurant had a welcoming ambiance, with a clean and comfortable area. The decor was inviting, and the overall atmosphere made for an enjoyable meal. Only thing is we were 7 people and can’t dine in 🙃

In terms of value for money, Pizza Hut exceeded my expectations. The prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, making it a great choice for a satisfying meal.

Additionally, I took advantage of a special offer they had running, which added even more value to my dining experience.

Overall, I highly recommend Pizza Hut for anyone craving delicious pizza served with great service in a welcoming environment. I will definitely be...
