I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at Krishna Spice. There was a salesgirl in an orange t-shirt who was quite rude and unprofessional. From the moment we entered the shop, she scrutinized us in a very unfriendly manner.

I asked another girl at the counter if they sold particular products, and she confirmed they did. However, when I requested a packet, the girl in the orange t-shirt reacted by verbally abusing us in Hindi, saying, “Can’t you tell us everything at once?” I reminded her that it’s their job to assist customers and that we were there to buy products and pay for them. Her response was to become increasingly angry, and she began screaming and yelling at us. I've never encountered such a lazy and rude sales representative before.

Incident happened...

I’ve visited this shop five times now, and each time I've had the same disappointing experience with the sole staff member. She always appears unfriendly, sad, and frustrated, which significantly impacts the shopping atmosphere. It’s clear that she doesn’t seem to want to be there, and if she’s being forced to work by her family or anyone else, they should seriously reconsider hiring someone who would truly appreciate the job. I felt compelled to write this review because her demeanor makes shopping here...

I am not Indian, but I love Indian food. So I buy all Indian things from Krishna Shop. But I noticed that whenever another girl does not respond well. Her face is always angry and she is sitting on the chair every time. But for the last 4-5 months, whenever I came in the morning, I used to get a good response. The girl's behavior is very good, always with a smiling face and answers very politely. sorry I forgot her full name but I know short name is urvi. she is also from india. thank you urvi....
