There is agreesive male at this store. I went to pick up delivery with my insulated bag ( bag was shown upon entering). Upon entering I informed staff I'm delivery driver with (said company) and showed the order details on my phone to male staff.
Male started talking to female employee as if I'm not there and then male started asking me the same questions over and over. I had already provided this information when entering. I answered the questions again for second time which were - whose the order for, what delivery company and do I have an insulated bag. I asked the male staff how long this will take as I have other orders to deliver.
The male staff became agreesive immediately (0 to 100) screaming at me. I told him that I already experienced an agreesive staff member a few months ago and advised I am cancelling the delivery as I am not dealing with this behaviour. The male staff said good over and over.
As I got to the door I asked why are you being so rude. Male staff yelled because I am training her and started screaming something I couldn't understand. I said I'm done and will cancel delivery and left store.
I feel sorry for the female employee as she did nothing wrong. I also feel sorry for the customer as I wasn't able to deliver their food that they paid for.
Why couldnt they simply give me the order?
I highly recommend NOT to go here. I didn't feel safe being there.
As a delivery driver I have been to majority of baskins and Robbins stores on north side and they are good. Everton Park and Aspley are the best so highly recommend...
Read more5th June 2025, Ordered via the Baskin Robbins app from this store for a pick order of one of their take home containers (not cheap). Went to pick up at the store at 2pm, completely abandoned. No one was inside, all the lights where off. Checked the website & Google and it said the store should be open. Tried to call, no one answered the phone said the line was busy - no one was there. I have sent a feedback message via the app and called head office (waiting for a response) and waiting to hear back about a refund. Both I and another delivery driver were made to wait an excessive amount of time. After all other customers had left, he began addressing us with offensive language and openly racist and discriminatory comments, solely because we did not speak fluent English.
