Big Boss Pizzas Moorooka — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Extremely disappointing visit. Ordered online and given a pick up time. At collection we are told our pizzas have unfortunately been given to someone else, so we were asked to wait while they remake our order. We were understanding and said no worries.

Some 10 minutes later, a man returns with pizza that he says it not his order, to then the lady at the front counter turns to us to give us the man’s pizza, exclaiming “here’s your pizza”. Needless to say, we don’t want pizza that’s now cold and has been taken out of the store and likely to someone’s house before returning again.

We were given “new” pizzas eventually, but honestly the pizza was so cold I’m half convinced she did give us the old pizza but acted like it was freshly made. There was no genuine apology, no attempt to try and remedy the situation. Just an extra wait for cold pizza.

We have eaten here a few times, but after tonight, I can’t see myself going back there. Extremely poor customer service has let the place down. If you mess up someone’s order and make them wait again, don’t try and offer them returned pizza! Gross. Learn some...

I recently visited this pizza shop for dine-in and had a mixed experience. While the pizza itself was delicious, I faced delays in receiving my order on two separate occasions. Both times, the pizza was left in the oven longer than necessary, which affected the overall experience.

Additionally, I noticed a young man in his 20s with golden hair handling the orders. While I appreciate his efforts, I felt there might be a need for better training in customer service. It’s important to ensure that all customers are treated equally and served promptly, regardless of their background, color, or ethnicity. Discrimination, intentional or not, has no place in any business.

Was very dissapointed after hearing so many good reviews from people decided to pay a bit more for a nice pizza. After placing my order got told that price on line was not correct and each pizza was a couple of dollars more. Which i did not mind expecting this amazing pizzas . we order 5 different types. And all. Of them were very blend not a single one had a nice flavour and the base was very soft. I do not know about you but I like the base of my pizzas to be toasted.
