In response to the recent feedback received from a Customer with multiple names/vibe cards including W, Shaw and Echo.

We take all customer feedback seriously, and weāve carefully reviewed your comments.
We must clarify, the incident in question involved an attempt to redeem a free drink without meeting the promotionās requirements. I respectfully questioned you as to why you had multiple Vibe cards, of which you strongly objected as to why this was any of my business. When this was politely and professionally explained to you, you responded with hostility and made an extremely serious and defamatory accusation of racism.
Accusations of racism are not to be used lightly. Misusing this important issue in a situation where I was simply enforcing store policy not only harms the individuals involved, but also undermines the significance and seriousness of genuine experiences of discrimination.
We take pride in providing a respectful, inclusive environment for our staff and customers, and we have zero tolerance for abusive or defamatory language. I will not be issuing an apology for upholding our policies fairly and professionally.
I consider this matter closed and will not be pursuing further action at this stage, including a request for a retraction, apology, or legal remedies, despite the fact that your public statements are defamatory.
However, due to your conduct and the nature of your actions, you are no longer welcome at our premises, and I have issued a formal ban from attending our store.
