Dear Jamaica Club Management,
I’m writing to formally express my disappointment with the service and food quality at your Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre location.
During my visit, I ordered a chicken sandwich and coffee. After waiting 45 minutes, I received a sandwich that was hard and undercooked, and the coffee was cold. This was already frustrating—but when I told the staff that the food was inedible, their only response was, “Thank you for the feedback.” No apology. No effort to fix the issue or offer a replacement or refund.
This kind of response shows a serious lack of care for customer health and experience. Serving undercooked chicken is a food safety hazard, and brushing off valid complaints is unacceptable.

Read moreCame here for the first time today, and ordered a small hot chocolate to take away for my teenage daughter. I already saw the prices on the display cups as I took my card out to pay, but was asked last minute whether we wanted marshmallows. My daughter said yes, and I tapped my card. After tapping my card I looked at the prices again, and realised the woman who served us, didn't even have the decency to mention, it's an extra 30¢ for marshmallows!!. This must be the one and only place that charges extra for it, and not even have the decency to say anything! Yes, I get it's only 30¢ extra, but if you're gonna ask your customers if they want something that usually comes for free with an order, show some professionalism, and mention that it costs extra!! This completely ruined my mood...

When I arrived at the café, I saw a sign at the counter that read, "Take a seat; Look at the menu". I took a seat, looked at the menu and waited for 10 minutes. The waiters ignored me. I went to the counter to enquire and found that this café doesn't have table service. They expect patrons to sit down, look at the menu, get up order at the counter, then go back and sit down again. "Order here" would be a more appropriate sign. This is just another chain café where neither the staff nor the owners care about the food, coffee, or the service. It's a business, and I shouldn't have expected...
