Gong Cha Mt Ommaney — Restaurant in Brisbane City

This afternoon I ordered my usual favourite Gong Cha red bean smoothie at Mt Ommaney Store. I have had this drink regularly from Sunnybank Plaza and Robina Town Centre since it was newly opened this year and it usually taste pretty good. I thought all Gong Cha store have same standard of taste. But very disappointed at Mt Ommaney store. (too much ice and the drink hasn't been blended properly as I can still tasted ice pieces, not the usual creamy taste) Expressed our opinions to one of the staff Daniel, after 5 minutes of explanation, he reluctantly re-make another one for me but he kept argued that it was the same recipe as other Gong Cha store. His body language was quite unacceptable as if i was a trouble maker. To my disappointment, the replacement drink tasted exactly the same as the first one which was another failure. Great store, the staff are always so lovely, however I feel really bad for the staff member that was on today during lunch rush, as she was all by herself (around 12:20pm) with lots of customers ordering. I hope management isn't prioritising keeping their labour budget down to the detriment of their staff, I used to work fast food and have experienced a lunch rush by myself before, it is entirely too stressful and I hope ya'll can do better for your staff in future and schedule at the very least two people on for lunch rushes. I had a terrible experience at this bubble tea shop. I bought four cups, and two of them weren’t sealed properly. The drinks leaked everywhere and made a mess in my cooler bag, which was disgusting! I went back to the shop, and all they did was quickly reseal the cups only, I supposed they should make a new one for me instead of ONLY reseal!
