Japanice Mt Ommaney — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Took 30 minutes for our takeaway order. Staff neglected to notice the request for no sauce on bento meal. The bento was sent back to the kitchen and put at the end of the order queue. Meanwhile the ramen was left on the counter to get cold. Absolutely no service skills and no attention to detail. This is the second time in a row we've had issues with staff there. Decent food, but will never buy from again, at least not until they hire...

The staff r nice and the food is good. But unfortunately the only flaw to this restaurant is that the price is very expensive and the portions r smaller than it used to be. I used to go so often Bec it was so cheap and good. I could get a bento for $14 and be full but now a bento is aroujd $16-17 and I rarely buy ut Bec it is smaller now and cost way more. But other than that the chips and sides they have is amazing 🤩 and delicious...
