Wow! First time trying this store and I am wowed! A big plus was that I went to muffin break at 4:57pm but it was ā€˜too lateā€™ to buy anything . So I was going to leave Indooroopilly mall but was walking by and saw these amazing looking donuts. I asked if I was too late to buy and she said, absolutely not! Yay! The young lady there was super friendly, made a fantastic recommendation of the apple and cinnamon donut (both incredible btw) but it was her friendly demeanour and attitude that left a really great taste in my mouth. I wish I had caught her name. She was closing tonight, very fair skinned with a great friendly spirit. Should be the manager in my opinion. Bravo! And Iā€™ll be back! The donuts are amazing but the customer service from her will leave a smile on your face.šŸŒøšŸ˜Žā¤ļø Yum

Managed to take a sneaky peek of how they made my chocolate ice frappe they were making me, and it was super efficient and delish. I want more!!!! Hubby's iced mocha was amazing too! Best we have had in a long time from this shopping centre. We normally go elsewhere, but you guys have converted us! Service was great by the younger male, bought a 6 pack and it lasted us until our trip home. Keep it up guys, we will now be regulars!

Maybe it was the particular flavour I got (strawberry cheesecake?), so will try another flavour or 2 in due course to see if something else hits the spot.

Managed to take a sneaky peek of how they made my chocolate ice frappe they were making me, and it was super efficient and delish. I want more!!!! Hubby's iced mocha was amazing too! Walked up to the window late night on a Thursday and with so much choice, we took a moment to choose. In that time, every team member that was on came up to us and said a friendly hello and offered us help. Finally when we had chosen we were served by the owner and she was just as delightful and helpful. It was so lovely to see the boss on late shift as well and she was so helpful with our choices. We sat to eat our "Yaytime" and "Boston Cream" and as she passed us later, asked if we enjoyed the choices. Donuts were soft and fresh and very sweet, considering we were there at late night.
