Disappointed and not visiting again!

I was at the shopping centre today and decided to order take away from touch of India. We decided to order vegetarian biryani. The lady at the counter was supper confused, instead of asking the spice level as mild, medium and hot she asked small, medium and large. Upon confirming that we need medium hot food, she mentioned that the biryani comes in large take away box( picture attached). To my surprise the biryani was just fried rice with lots of opinions, pepper and green beans. Once the biryani was prepared, it was just left on their counter to be cold without calling out for collection. I have attached pictures for reference. Food was terrible, we ordered a butter chicken in the combo deal and lost $16.95 when staff refused to process a refund. It tasted like tin spaghetti and the smell was off, super sweet. Naan dough was dry and split when cooked, naan was oily in texture. Customer service needs serious improvements and the handling of customer complaints was seriously unsatisfactory. Read serious reviews afterwards of people being sick from this meal on several occasions and even on one occasion having metal shavings on their butter chicken. Do not eat here. I was ripped off ! A small plate with 3 huge scoops of rice. I ordered half beef vindaloo and half mango chicken. It was 5 pieces of meat and sauce!! How is that possible????? And it was LITERALLY cold. even though I saw them serve it fresh. I paid $17.95 for a lunch of 5 pieces of cold meat and 3 scoops of rice and a papadum. I NEVER ever complain but this was an absolute JOKE! I visited 7th of may at 12.50pm I’m actually writing this review at the food court in front of the store- Honestly...
