Chatime Indooroopilly — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Really have a think about how poor your customer service is. Myself and a friend visited your store this afternoon, only to purchase two drinks - each valued at $5.50 (reasonable price) - However, both drinks were clearly made incorrectly - as we did ask for 30% sugar and we didn’t receive any, as the drink tasted that bland. Might as well have given us two empty cups as it tasted as if nothing was in there anyway :)

Also - if you’re unsatisfied with the drink you’ve received - don’t go asking for a refund, as it’s “too hard” for them, and there’s “no refund policy” whatsoever. Don’t waste your time. In the end of it all, the lady serving was the rudest person I’ve ever met and refused to give my friend a refund. I don’t think I’ve come across a store that doesn’t do refunds? How weird hey ;)

Lastly - if you’re a fan of pearl milk tea don’t expect to get one. They’re nearly always out...

I'm a regular bubble tea drinker and happened to drop by at Westfield Indooroopilly yesterday to try the cha time. i must say I was sorely disappointed with its quality. Both my boyfriend and my milk teas were insipid and lack tea taste. It's almost like water mixed with some milk and some sugar and there charging you $5.95 each. totally not worth it!

I used to have chatime every weekend but haven't had it in years due to other Bubble tea shops popping up every where but just couldn't believe the quality has dropped so much! I just had a a chatime last week at UQ and the quality was also BAD.

After 2 back to back bad experience, I must say I will not waste my money and calorie quota to buy chatime drinks...
