Brumby's Bulimba — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I decided to go here to get vegemite scroll which they refer to as cheddarmite.

The cost was almost $5 for a scroll vs. other locations it’s more like $2-3.50.

The scroll I received was absolutely disgusting! When I got it home, it was clearly partially defrosted and was cold through. It was heavy and stodgy. I waited for it to warm a bit to try it but it tasted off and like mould.

On their website it claims - “They love that Brumby’s bread is baked daily from scratch with no preservatives, giving peace of mind to families such as their own”

Quite clearly this is not the case, don’t go there...

The service was disgraceful and disgusting. When I asked for a bag the body language was bad and she said here. She should have packed my bag and said thank you. I’ve been all around the world many times and I have been to all the continents including growing up around powerful, insanely wealthy people and I know what standards and service is all about including professionalism.
