Burrito Bar Carseldine — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Went in to order takeaway specifically requested no cheese on both burrito bowls. Went to pick up takeaway and when opening our meals at home discovered our request was not fulfilled and possibly could a have caused an allergic reactions as the containers were not labelled. When calling up the lady told us that she was sorry for the mistake and that we would be refunded and our meals to be remadeAfter we arrived the staff members rudely request a photo to which she judge both us and the photo stating that there was limited cheese on the food, completely missing the reason for why not cheese was added. After receiving our new meals when enquiring about the refund which we were told we would get the guy with his AirPods in that had limited social skills told us that it was either a refund or a remake not both. He blamed the mistake on the new staff member which is absolutely disrespectful to a new peer. Was extremely disappointed with the food and the horrific customer service especially around intolerances and allergies. Will not be...

Extremely disappointed. We made a booking for 6 people through the online booking attached to the website. When we got there, we were told by an extremely smug employee (male) that they don't take bookings despite me having a confirmation email. And having previously booked at table there at another date.

We then had to wait 15 mins to be seated. Outside at a bar table, with 3 seats. (There was 6 ppl). We then had to collect our own chairs after he never returned and went and got our own menus.

The girls there were great, and after chatting them they helped us out and let us move indoors when another table left. The food was good and drinks cold.

I'd like to say I would return because of the convenience but that one employee ruined the experience by being extremely rude even when we went to pay our bill, I won't be returning to this particular burrito bar...

What an insult! I ate here once, ordered hot wings as a starter and large burrito as a main. Burrito came out first - wrapped in foil about the size of a red bull can.. No sauce that costs extra no guacamale that cost extra no jalapenoes they cost extra...pretty much just meat rice and a few beans!..$13 Then the "hot" wings arrive - after the main. They werent hot and lacked flavor they were not grilled either i honestly dont know how they were cooked but i do know they look the same as the chicken wings sold in woolies next door fo $3 a kilo only with a quick splash of marinade..$11 So there you have it $24 lunch some rice and beef with a few beans and some chicken wings from woolies..oh, and thats no drink either...a drink will cost you another $5

Owners and staff are ALL indian....yep, not a single hispanic person in sight....
