ordered via Uber eats and was very excited to finally try this after much back and forth about the prices. I thought I won’t order the $25 pasta I’ll play it safe and go with something that is so easy to make. A $16 margarita pizza and $6 garlic herb bread. The delivery driver only took 9 mins to get to me so I’m not sure if it was sitting around waiting for a while or if it was due to the delivery driver not using a heat bag but my food was lukewarm. Once I laid eyes on my much awaited margarita pizza I was sad. It looks a bit unloved. There was no toppings on some bits so it was literally just raw dough, cheese and horrible sauce. It wasn’t till I tasted it that I knew I’d been given poor quality food. I honestly feel like any pasta / pizza sauce from coles or woolies has more depth then whatever that sauce is. Clearly not made in house. I had 2 bites and completely regretted that I didn’t just get Pizza Hut. The icing on the cake was the fact every piece was raw. I tend to avoid meat from shops as I don’t know what their health and safety standards are and I’m much less liking to die from a old vegetable then I am old meat. So I’m glad it was at least a vegetarian pizza, it was the dough that was completely raw. I can’t fathom how an ‘Italian’ restaurant fails to cook pizza dough. Truly a confusing concept. I’m just glad I already fed my children and didn’t intend for them to eat this garbage. PLEASE start working on your quality control. PLEASE start working on a better sauce 🤮 I really want this to be a nice place to eat.

Had dine in with a small group of 4. It was empty when we arrived but packed out quickly on a Saturday night. Staff were friendly but seemed a little overwhelmed as our mains came out 15m apart and our table service stopped after that so flagging someone down for dessert took quite awhile. As for the food the entrees were pretty good. We got anit pasto to share and bomba which was fantastic. For Mains we got 2x pizza and 2x pasta ragout. The pizza was awesome some of the best wood fired pizza on the Northside. The pasta was a bit lackluster and just seemed like basic Bolognese rather then a ragout with vegetables. The tiramisu we got take away and was great treat for when we got home. Overall its a tough one to rate as the service was a little lacking as was the pasta dish however the entree and pizza was pretty amazing.

First time dining at this Italian restaurant, plenty of seating so shouldn't have an issue mid week walk in or the reservation option is linked in with Google so that helps with notifications. They weren't busy when we ate in and the staff and front of house are genuinely super friendly. Food arrived in good speed, you can see the chef's hard at it and behind an authentic oven! communicating with the floor for smooth transitions from kitchen to table. Portion wise I'd say it's spot on, looks small but just hits the spot where you'll happily mop up the plate. Recommend the gnocchi with Italian sausage well pieces of sausage doubt it'd be a complete one, the garlic and herb focaccia is a brilliant entree too! Eventually we'll go back again and might have a go at the pizza's. Thanks for a pleasant experience

As my wife and I begun our spontaneous experience at Pavarotti we were informed that the restaurant was fully booked. Luckily we were offered a table as we arrived during the calm before the storm.

An appropriate single table was assigned to us for two. The table was clean with a food and seperate drinks menu provided. The menu selection was adequate with a range of foods that would satisfy our tastes. Thankfully the establishment provided Coke and not Pepsi, therefore the drinks were ordered and the modern water glasses were placed upright. Shortly after I noticed the Coke bottle designed salt container. Cool. Suddenly the drinks were served but the meals were still under discussion. In the midst, the wife says she likes the garlic smell. I remembered during our entrance we noticed the large pizza oven, which satisfied my choice of meal for the evening, a Porcona pizza. My wife got the risotto, not my decision but ok.

Post meal ordering discussions began. In the short future our meals arrived on normal plates, thankfully. I stared down over the large pizza that was placed in front of me. Relief the pizza was not burned and the crust was puffy and crisp. I commence the consumption process and was happy with my meal decision. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the sauce was distributed evenly. The condiments were complimenting which resulted in a satisfying meal for the evening.

In conclusion the service was friendly and professional and the food was good....

The service in this restaurant was the worst I've had. The food was very very slow to come out (we calculated an hour, they said 40 minutes. Given our booking was for 6.30pm and we didn't eat until 8pm I think they were trying to cover up) one of the waitresses was rude about it and argued that it was because it was a Saturday night and they had lots of Uber Eats orders to fill. We asked 3 times for our meals which then came out in 3 lots over 10 minutes. My 9 year old nephew waited and was the last to be served nuggets and chips - how long does it take to make nuggets and chips?! Two of the meals were cold when they finally arrived and the nuggets were greasy. They told us there had been a "miscommunication" which we think meant some of our meals had gone to the wrong table or Uber Eat order. To top off the incredibly poor service we were then given the wrong bill at the end of the night! It was only due to my sister going through it and realising the bill they gave us was substantially more than our bill was the error picked up. The same rude waitress was STILL being rude even at the register as she could see they had made ANOHER mistake with our table. We were given a discount on our bill which in no way compensated for the rubbish eveing we had. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. There are plenty of good Italian restaurants in Brisbane with similar menus and pricing...do yourself a favour and go...
