Burrito Bar Forest Lake — Restaurant in Brisbane City

If you thought mcdonalds had false advertising with what the burgers look like, just wait until you try these guys. Ordered a large enchilada THING. Wouldn’t even feed a starving Indian child. 3 tiny enchiladas filled with nothing but 3 smalllllll pieces of beef. Over 70% of it was empty. Instore the Photo shows a large side of corn chips, literally got 3 chips. Slow cooked beef they reckon? Couldn’t even cut the beef with a knife. As for the sour cream, if I sneezed it would’ve covered the meal more than what the sour cream did.

Paid for extra guacamole on top of what it comes with. Recieved a small T spoon worth for an extra $3.50.

Iv taken the liberty and given them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it’s a once off but they are CONSISTENTLY like this with not just the enchilada meal but almost everything I have tried. For the price it’s an absolute joke. Spent $36 on dinner and I ended up going and getting MORE food somewhere else. I’m usually happy to tip and even pay more for a meal and a service but I feel they should pay you to eat...

Being Latina, I have high standards for Mexican food. Have been dining here for a few years now regularly and the food is generally good. Unfortunately the quality has been slipping with some instances of rude customer service which makes me want to visit less. This includes: barely any steak on a burrito (instead I got very charred & small pieces of what was steak), feathers left on wings with some spicy pieces in my BBQ sauce order which makes me worry about cross contamination & the latest mistake: charging me $2.50 for avocado & writing it on my burrito but not actually putting it on the delivered order. UberEats rectified the last mistake but I hope the restaurant improves their quality control. Also the manner of people taking orders could be friendlier, as I have been hung up on when placing a pick up order...

Went to this burrito bar - it was an awful experience. The waiters were rude and totally unprofessional and have a very do not care attitude. The daily special were not explained to us properly and when we tried to let them know all we were told that we should read the terms and conditions however these terms and condition were not on the menu. I was sitting at my table feeling totally disappointed and upset by this whole experience and a waitress asked me what was wrong and after I explained this to her she went in and the person involved and then they both had a good laugh about it.
