Stellarossa Forest Lake — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Today, I went with a friend to grab coffee at Stella Rossa Forest Lake. I had a trolley with me, so we chose to sit outside. She went in to order, but the woman at the counter, who turned out to be the manager, was quite unfriendly. When my friend ordered a medium coffee she was told to wait until her name is called.So my friend got confused and asked her again “is it a take away.”Then the lady said you ordered medium so that’s a take away.My friend was really upset and returned to sit outside.

When it was my turn to order, I experienced the same issue. The manager was distracted, speaking with other staff while taking my order.When I asked for a medium coffee, she responded in the same way. I went back to my friend, who told me about her experience.We couldn’t understand why we were treated so poorly.

Feeling frustrated, my friend went back inside for her coffee and tried to talk to her, she ignored her and didn’t wanna talk to her, so my friend spoke in a bit more louder voices and asked for her manager.The woman claimed she was the manager, refused to listen to my friend, and not only denied her coffee but also refunded her money saying that “She doesn’t want customers like my friend”. To make matters worse, she called security on my friend. Then the security said “You got your money and she doesn’t want to serve you”It was heart breaking to see my friend leave the shop in tears, and I chose not to get my coffee either even after paying. We had simply wanted to enjoy a cup, and we’re still left wondering what prompted such unkindness. We felt we were discriminated and the whole...

We went to Stella Rosa cafe this morning oh where to start when we got there the tables were clean people were sitting there waiting for the food and the tables and men clean from the last people our table was dirty we used our own wipes to clean it and it was very very dirty and when the food came out it was horrible no eggs Benedict sauce as They had run out the food came out cold because waiting for people to bring our food and a drink drinks were mixed up and your staff look like they didn’t want to be there the staff didn’t wash your hands when taking out other people‘s food to them I’m picking up dirty plates I will be ringing the manager tomorrow about this because it was horrible we asked for toasted sandwiches and all we got was toast with a piece of cheese and ham and tomato slammed together I will never be going back there again and in covert situations it...

I found this place as l was entering the Forest Lake shopping centre. There was a sign at the door to wait at the door for a table. I waited for 10 minutes meanwhile other dinners where walking in from the inside of the shopping centre to the counter and ordering coffee and food. I gave up waiting and walked in to the counter to order food and coffee. I ordered the breakfast plate and asked for eggs to be scrambled. I was rudely told by the guy who came from the kitchen that they don't scramble eggs. I pointed to the menu which clearly shows the word scramble and he again was rude and said he doesn't scramble. When the meal arrived it was missing the beetroot relish and was rather small for a breakfast plate.
