I absolutely agree with @foodista and other comments that are made. We were hungry last week and we thought we would try burrito bar today as I have eaten in other places and they were good. I ordered burrito bowl, nachos. But the lady brought us burrito only however the girl was nice and returned but then she came back with the receipt saying that we haven’t ordered what her boss told her and showed the receipt. And she advised us to go to the counter to talk to the boss/manager. I went to the front and talked to a arrogant guy who looked like an Indian. I told him that I had ordered burrito bowl and it came with a burrito only may be you might have mixed up with my dietary restrictions. He then said “I don’t know” and started calling his boss :). So the main boss was different. I was thinking he was the manager. Tell me if someone has ordered one thing and if something else comes than everyone will be unhappy and also if someone tells the waiter to change it and if it comes with a receipt instead of the main person to come to the table and fix that issue I being a customer had to go there I was angry and told that guy I want a refund if this is the issue. He than started raising his voice as if I have done wrong. He started saying “calm down Bro” I don’t where he came from and his manners as a service man. What would he do if there was a white person would he do that I doubt he wouldn’t speak at all and raise his voice. But then interesting is that I was angry because I didn’t get the thing which I ordered and that was not my mistake to put a different order and the guy was with the big boss while doing the order and helping with the order when he was putting no mayo and cheese. So how come he don’t know and then he was so arrogant they showed me I was wrong and I said sorry thinking I am not going to be small with that and told ok I am sorry I was angry with you but you were also angry so you don’t have to say sorry he was still arrogant they boss didn’t say anything I don’t know how he keeps that kind of guy in the restaurant. My only thing is please keep up with good service and in the hospitality business if the customer has ordered one thing and another thing comes than they need to be very polite even the customer is unhappy that is the hospitality business and I wasn’t doing anything wrong as I got angry because there were series of things I had to do to get that small thing and they said you are making drama. They didn’t even cared than I went saying I don’t want it and went back to the table they didn’t brought my burrito as well and I had to call the big boss and told him again he apolisiged for the staff but he was nice afterwards but he shouldn’t be apolisising his staff should be the big boss and the girl was good but the arogant Indian was a...

A meal and a show. The food was exactly what we were after so can’t knock them for that, but when my partner and I had a late lunch at the Skygate Burrito Bar we couldn’t look away at the lack of customer service, experience, and sense of interest that the staff showed.

When we arrived there were many vacant seats but all tables were covered in dirty dishes, glasses, and piles of leftover food. We thought it must be very busy or maybe they were just understaffed, but they just really didn’t seem to have any hustle or care at all. When I ordered some table water for the table I was give two plastic cups filled with water as there was no cold water, and was given no number. I had to go follow the the kitchen hand to get my meal. He was the only friendly member of staff we had contact with. Another customer, when asked if they need a number when they ordered, was pointed to a number on a table and told to use that one.

Over the next 30 minutes we watched, wondering if the two girls behind the counter would clean any of the tables. One eventually came out, picked up two glasses and went behind the bar again and slowly cleaned them while more customers waited to order. We started laughing with the table next to us who were also finding the scene incredible. They also had to go chase their meals down. Then ten minutes later another girl came out and picked up a water jug and went back inside, with dozens of dirty plates and piles of food remaining outside. By the time we left we had seen people come in, try to find a clean table, and leave. We left laughing, unable to believe what we’d seen. About half an hour later we walked by again and saw that our dishes, and the food that surrounded us when we sat down, were still there. we would have taken more photos but wouldn’t have been able to take them without including the customers around the food.

There are so many reviews for this place that say the same thing, with a company response saying that they’ll pass it on, but it doesn’t look like anything is...

Horrible Experience.

Myself and my work team of 7 ordered delivery via Burrito Bar's website to our work. Burrito bar seems to use Door Dash as their drivers and when our driver arrived he was told that no order had been made. The driver than put us on the phone to a worker at Burrito Bar who procced to tell us that they don't do delivery and that they would not be making our food. We were also then told that if we wanted a refund we had to go to Door Dash for one.

Eventually I had to go down to the store in person as money had been taken out of my account ($100 +) for the order and their phones all of a sudden stopped working. When I arrived and asked for a refund or for the food to be made the lady at the counter gave me a filthy look and then said she would get the manager. The manager than came out and said that he was making the food now as they had an issue with their delivery system.

After having to wait again for the food to be prepared I was given the food with the comment "is this finally everything that you want" I hadn't received my drinks and when I asked for these the person rolled their eyes at me.

I have never left a review but after this experience I had to leave a warning, DO NOT go to this Burrito Bar. Not once during the whole experience did any of the staff including the manager apologise.

A delivery to our work ended up taking up an 1 hour of my time away from work to deal with this issue. As well as the poor door dash driver who had initially driven their and been turned away.

I have gone to other Burrito Bar's before and had nothing but a...

Tried Burrito Bar at another store ages ago and didn’t think we would return. We aimed to the cafe close by but it was going to close in 5 mins, and the sushi shop next door didn’t look good. We then gave Burrito Bar another go. We grabbed table and looked in the menu. While making our decision, 2 burritos were served to our table and again another served us some food though we hadn’t order anything. The system needed to be fixed as there was the third time we were served someone else food! It’s provably a better idea to give a number to customers rather having a fixed number on each table but customers might tell a wrong table number or move to another table. We ordered 2 lots of lunch special ($14.95); a burrito, chips and a drink. Though the offer was good valued and the serving size was decent, it’s a shame that the burrito was below average-it was served warm, the tortilla was kinda stale and the rice was soggy. No serviettes were refilled on our table. Some tables were not cleaned after customers had left (messy). Staff looked stressful.

Food is okay. We went in on Thursday for lunch. I wouldn't recommend this place. It wasn't that busy but our order still took some time. They have enough seating area to cater for both groups and small families. Air conditioning was off so we decided to sit in the open area outside. They certainly didn't have the staff to properly manage the place. It wasn't superbusy but still the leftovers were on most of the tables. It will be nice if they could improve this aspect as well. Secondly, there was no bartender, because the drinks tasted like someone just read the ingredients and mixed stuff up. In pina colada they had put sugar instead of sugar syrup as we could literally feel sugar crystals in mouth.
