I’ve been a regular customer here and usually order pho for takeaway. Every time I’ve ordered in the past, the soup has always come already poured and never separate.

Today, I politely asked the staff member at the front if he could help pour the soup, as the container was too hot to carry with bare hands. He did it, but with clear frustration and a rude attitude. I was shocked by how unprofessional he was, especially since I made a simple and reasonable request. I ended up leaving without the food I paid for because I didn’t want to deal with the hostility.

Customer service like this is unacceptable. If staff can’t handle the busyness with basic courtesy, they really shouldn’t be working front of house. Very disappointed.

The gentleman mentioned was not the one who took my order—it was a lady. Also, in all my previous visits, the pho has always come with the soup already inside the container, not separated. That’s what I expected, as that has been the consistent experience.

I want to emphasize that this wasn’t about the money or impatience. I simply pointed out the issue, and unfortunately, I was met with a rude and defensive response. Instead of resolving things calmly, he got angry, which caught me off guard. I remained respectful throughout, and I didn’t appreciate being treated that way.

This place did not disappoint. From the owner growing up in an area close where I did & a passion his culture & food. A true place of heart & soul run by a lovely couple back by an experienced team.

Their menu was plentiful & for filling.

I ordered the Crackling Pork Báhn Mì, Grilled Honey Chicken & Pork Lemongrass Rice Paper Rolls & Crackling Pork Bao Buns.

All served with the tasties meats & freshest salads I’ve had for a long time.

OMG I have finally found the best banh mi anywhere! Freshly made and hot! The pate is amazing, the real taste of Vietnamese cuisine! I’m back for the second day buy extras to take home!
