Worst service, the smallest and worst presented sushi. At 3pm, when they were not busy, after asking four or five times for two dishes they still did not bring it. In a “remote location” with kids asking for it we stopped by but would definitely NOT going back and NOT recommending (not even in an emergency)

Sushi from the train was very good quality. Chicken teriyaki rice bowl was delicious and the pork ramen was too salty but nice after I added some water to it. The seafood pancake was delicious too however I dont think it was freshly made more deep fried frozen food?

Arms kept sticking to the table. Took a while to get some service but they were very friendly.

Asked for water and never got it until we saw some people who came in after us get some.

Ordered sushi came out very quickly.

Boxed seating (near entrance) is a bit awkward especially when you have people behind you because you're both sharing a big wooden box to sit on and there isnt a lot of room to move around in.

Chopsticks were available. Soy sauce bowls were deeper than other sushi places so that was nice for a change.

They charge for ginger and wasabi which should be free imo....even Japanese mayo should be free.

It was nice and cool inside despite the blazing hot sun amd temperatures outside and we sat near the entrance too.

Some bubble ice tea would have topped it off nicely if it was...

One of Waitress is sososooso rude. Her attitude was so wrong. Im pregnant woman and cant have any uncooked or any raw food. I ordered a pork snitzle rice bowl and pork snitzle didnt seem cooked well so my husband asked to the waitress if this pork is cooked well and she said "do u want to have new one?" And my husband replied "No, we dont want to bother you, can u please ask to chef if this pork is cooked well" then she replied with rude voice "do you want get new one or what?" My husband was very upset with her rude attitude so so my husband said "all i want you to do is check if this pork is cooked!" Then she replied with same voice "so u want to get one". My husband was exhausted and didnt want to argue with her, he just said take this and ask to your chef. I saw her arguing with the chef in the kitchen then she brought new made dish. Well, first of all she should say "im sorry, i will check if this is cooked well. Wait a sec please" she she this phrase we didnt get this upset. Well if you are thinking to have a lunch at this place, i woild like to say...

We go to sushi restaurants a lot. Some are outstanding, most are pretty average, and occasionally we come across a dud. Our experience at Sushi Rail doesn't even rate it as highly as dud. The sushi didn't taste too bad, but lacked flavour and was overpriced. However, the service was appalling. Similar to other reviews, we were left at the entrance confused by the staff member who had sort-of-greeted us before wandering off, then eventually just found a table ourselves when we realised she wasn't coming back. We had to ask for dipping saucers, which were then thrown on the table (apparently in disgust) by the server. No table water was provided so at the end of the meal we asked for some - the server brought back a single cup of water for our table of 4 people! A bizarre experience, and one we...
