Have been to this cafe a number of times and my go to is the crumpet or açai bowl. I normally get a coffee too and these have always been lovely. Would love larger coffee cup sizes (the largest is more like a medium size). The staff have offered to do a larger size with a keep cup which is a nice option but not always handy on the go. I have been a few times around 1 and have been told that the kitchen is closed and they’re just serving coffee which was disappointing after driving down for a bite to eat and coffee on my way to work. I have also been a few times where the açai bowls are not available due to waiting for product orders. Due to a limited menu it would be lovely if the items were more readily available and clearer times posted if the kitchen closes by a particular time to that on google. I’m yet to try the toasties as they’re a bit on the pricey end compared to other places in Brisbane. The staff have always been great and provided...

I ordered an iced chocolate and a cappuccino. I didn't realise the iced chocolate doesn't have actual chocolate; it's more of an iced white chocolate, but this wasn't mentioned in the menu or by the barista. I personally do not like white chocolate, so this was a disappointment. I am still unsure if the iced chocolate was white chocolate or if the barista forgot to add the chocolate, but it was just milk with ice. The cappuccino was bitter and not foamy, which I have no problem with, but the coffee beans tasted as if they were burnt. Many people may like the burnt coffee taste, but I'm not a big fan. I didn't try any of the food. I was excited to try this place out based on the reviews but was disappointed. They may normally be good, and I might have also just caught them...

Hidden in plain sight, Butter the Coffee Shop proved to be a delightful surprise. Upon entering, the cozy ambiance immediately set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

The Iced Long Black was exceptional, perfectly balancing the bold flavor of the coffee with a refreshing chill. It provided the ideal pick-me-up on a warm day.

Opting for the Pastrami Toastie, I was pleasantly surprised by its lightness. Unlike some counterparts, it wasn't drowned in butter, allowing the flavors of the pastrami to shine through. Each bite was a harmonious blend of savory goodness.

Overall, Butter the Coffee Shop exceeded expectations with its quality offerings and inviting atmosphere. It's a spot worth seeking out for anyone in search of a memorable coffee and light...

Popped in after a quick Google search, loved the aesthetic and cozy corner vibe. Bit of a wait to be acknowledged at the counter which was a letdown, especially that early in the morning and it being quiet. Only one toastie option available at 7:30am (chicken) but it slapped, just needed a sprinkle of flaky salt to seal the deal (IYKYK). Parking was fine, but probably chaotic during peak/weekends. Would go back for the iced matcha alone and to try the other toastie options!!

Butter is a great little spot to have a sit and a chat and a coffee. I like to have a latte and my wife likes to have a latte too because we both like lates. Sometimes my wife gets a cupaccino because she also likes cupacinos or "caps" as the young kids are saying these days. But, I diverge the real story here is how lovely this place is for a late or cappuccino if it pleases you. 5 stars from me and my wife and we both highly recommend the late or cuppacino.
