Charlie's Raw Squeeze Ashgrove — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Been here 15 minutes waiting for 2 juice and if I hadn't have asked she would not have told me they ran out of orange (!) Juice and only now is she trying to offer alternatives. They finished my daughter's juice 10 or so minutes ago and it's just sitting on a bench settling within plain sight. When it finally arrived it contained ice which by some miracle had not melted despite us very specifically saying we did not want ice. They don't know which order goes to who and I watched her chase a guy who collected an order in the car park because they had messed the order up. Terrible service. Ordered two small juices, after ten minutes of waiting they come out and tell me that they don’t have the ingredients to make either. Could’ve told me far before I paid. Staff were rude and lazy. A badly staffed shop with disorganised management. After I ordered the juices with what they could make, they went to storage twice to retrieve ingredients forcing us to wait for another ten minutes. Rotten fruit in crates outside the store along with the classic pineapple decor that were covered in mold 🥵 let alone the outside and inside being dirty with a weird sediment on every surface. Normally I'm a huge fan of Charlie's chain around Brisbane and will always go out of my way to support plant based eats. However, the service today was awful. 20 mins for avocado and Vegemite (yep it's in there somewhere) on toast and I was the only one waiting outside. The staff were too busy catching up on last night's gossip and at 15 minutes I came inside to get an update to be told "just chopping the tomatoes now".
