Worst service ever!! This person is a liar!! I rang up and ordered my meal. She said it would be 25 to 30 minutes wait.

So after the time is past, I came to pick up my meals and then she started reading out the order to me and I said no sorry that's not mine.

Then she remember, she got confused. She gave my order to someone else. She said our names are the same, to which I said no! Tay and Mae are different, it was obvious that she got them mixed up.

She tried to explain her way out and said that it wasn't her fault for giving my order to the other lady because she read out my orders to the other lady , that other lady accpet it and said yes it's her and paid for it then took off.

She blamed the other customer for saying that it was the other customers fault for accepting it and paying for my order and took off. She didn't say that it was her fault, when clearly it was! Like she lied saying that it was it the other customer fault.

So I was there for a little while trying to say that this is not acceptable. I want a discount. She agreed to give me 20% and then she after me paying for it was only 10%. She lied she said no I only said 10%!

The other lady came back, realising that the meal she took wasn't what she had ordered.

This woman is a liar. I asked to speak to the manager. She kept on, saying the managers not there, and I asked her to ring the manager, but she won't!

Wes service ever she's not only a liar, but tried to blame her mistakes on other people!!!

To make things worse, it wasn't busy at all. I would understand if it was flat out busy, but it wasn't. The Restaurant had hardly anyone dining in and I waited for another 20mins for my meals to be cook, there hardly wasn't any...

The food quality here has gone down the drain. Search for another restaurant.

I ordered a penang Thai curry - the chicken pieces were hard and rubbery, the vegetables soggy. I was hungry and knew they use a different type of chicken in the other curry so I called the restaurant and offered to pay for another meal if they could just please honor the delivery cost to.ky house as a sign of good will. They refused my request, so I then asked for a refund on my initial order. Get how insane this next part of the story is- In order for me to get a refund, they sent the driver to my house (empty handed) to collect the meal we had complained about and confirm their own poor quality... but they couldn't take money and send him with another curry because the curry was $20 and they required me to spend $30 to send the same delivery man. 🤦🏽‍♀️

The Manager was useless, she eventually passed me onto to speak to the kitchen hand because my complaint "wasn't a big enough issue" for her to handle herself. We've been a loyal customer of theirs for 4 years and they treated us this way, on a day when we were all exhausted from work and wanted some good food.

I've read horrible reviews like this before but never believed a restaurant could be so idiotic and disregarding of relationships with their customers until now. Poor etiquette and no sense of loyalty to...

I have been here twice now & the service has been quite disappointing. The only reason why I come here is due to the fact my elderly grandparents live around the corner so it is convenient for the them.

The first time I came here, my grandmother tried to ask for a menu because the front door was open but there was 3 minutes until they started service so they refused to give her one. When I stepped in and explained that we would wait til they were taking orders & that we just wanted to browse the menu, we were presented with quite a bit of attitude.

I have come back now as my grandparents really craved thai food and the wait time over the phone was advised to be 25-30 minutes and it ended up being over 45 minutes. They have a large sign which also says senior discount 10%, which my grandmother advised she was given during one of her visits and because neither my grandmother or grandfather can drive, I went and picked up the food for them using their credit card which matched the name on their pension card however they still wouldn’t allow the 10% discount.

It’s quite disappointing that the two times I have been here now I have been let down by the service as the food is quite good. We love supporting local businesses, yet I am unsure if I will be...
