I'm honestly appalled by what I experienced at this Subway location today. With Staff and the management. Absolutely shocking. Every time I visit this Subway store, the experience is inconsistent and frustrating. Today was particularly disappointing for myself and other customers. One staff member was extremely careless in how my food was prepared. Instead of carefully layering the ingredients, she simply threw the salad into the bun, drenched it with sauce, and wrapped it up even though the fillings were falling out everywhere. Another worker even tried to step in and correct the situation, but she ignored them and kept going. The end result was a sub that wouldn’t even fold properly, with everything spilling out. (This isn't the first time this has happened) It seems to be a recurring issue whenever certain staff are working. The overall quality of the food and service has gone downhill, and if it weren't for one incredible staff member, I'd give zero stars. The only reason this store gets even one star is because of one particular Australian worker who consistently goes above and beyond. The only reason I continue to visit occasionally is because of her. She always does an outstanding job! She is always friendly, professional, she takes care with each order, treats customers with respect, clearly takes pride in her work and clearly cares about her job and customers. She keeps the place running as best she can, and it's obvious she doesn't get the support or recognition she deserves. Unfortunately, she's the exception here, and it's unfair to her that she has to make up for the poor service and lack of effort from others. Unfortunately, the rest of the team completely let the store down. I've witnessed repeated unprofessional behavior. Staff members standing around chatting instead of serving customers promptly. Speaking in another language while customers are present, which makes the atmosphere uncomfortable and feels disrespectful when you're sitting there eating a meal. A lack of basic courtesy, such as greeting customers or checking that orders are correct. The contrast between this one dedicated employee and the rest of the team is massive. It's disappointing to see someone work so hard while others seem to slack off and create a negative experience for everyone. Management really needs to step in. This location could be great with the right staff, training, respect, and standards. And to address the lack of quality control and training at this store. Read moreWe came in last night (18/4/20) at about 6pm. The 2 girls on had absolutely no idea what they were doing. We ordered a kids meal for our son and at the register I asked about the drink and purée it came with- she had no idea about it and I read back the kids deal to her. She asked the other girl and she replied it was a water and a cookie. We were fine with this just wanted what we were paying for. She gave us a cookie and added it on as extra to the order... my partner asked if it is included & why has she added it on as extra and she said she didn’t know how to make a kids deal so she’s added the sub as a normal 6” ham sub and has to add the drink and cookie on as extras and we need to pay.... her fellow employee said this couldn’t be changed so we “just need to pay for them as extras” . So we ended up paying about $45 for 2 foot longs and a “kids meal” that we had to pay extra for things we wouldn’t have even gotten if we knew were not going to...

They were having a heated discussion or meeting maybe with staff right in front of customers who could hear everything, which created an uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional environment. It made the whole experience very awkward for myself and other customers. Staff should be treated with respect and those conversations should happen privately, away from customers, not during business hours in front of paying customers. Definitely not the time or place for it. Very unprofessional atmosphere here.
