Horrible experience 😱

Workers/staffs need to undergo intensive training not only with services but also their behaviours towards to customers. Especially this one Japanese woman or I don't know exactly but she does look Japanese woman, she is in the middle section making Sushi.

Unbelievable! She looks completely frustrated, haggard, irritated and I can see the anger issues 🤬 temper - pretty obvious she needs some anger management sessions. She was talking to my boys asking what they want to order - her looks was absolutely horrible! She looked at to my boys with her face aura of "hurry up" and her face full of " frustration". She was rushing my boys to hurry what do you want "!! Take note: she was talking loudly which my boys unable to understand her well due to her poor English plus her accent.

Ops - I am Asian ok so I am not being racist.

Anyway, I tried to be calm and it was really hard for me aye! when I was about to pay, she was handing the card swipe machine without even asking if I am paying card or cash. Unfortunately, I was paying cash, so again! as usual, she turned around with all obvious frustration, like seriously! In front of me she turn around removed her gloves and looks so unhappy tossed the gloves angrily she looked at me somewhat I'm kind of burden or something because I am paying cash which makes her do a little extra job to walk to the counter to give some change. Omg 😱😱😱 who does that??????? It was shocking!!!!! She should not be in front service! She should be in the back washing dishes!!! If she can't even have a little manner towards human!!!

Food is not even good.Just a Sushi better than 7-11 😂.

No plan to go back there ever. I told to most of my friends and they experienced the same in the same restaurant. No wonder why...

Just recently came across Sushi Mura despite having frequented Darun Thai around the corner from it in the same shopping district for years. The sushi is all handmade, which is surprising for the price ($3.50 per plate) as other sushi train places use machines to make the sushi rice and put rice on to the Nori sheets. And it all tastes great. You can order sushi from the menu directly from the staff making the sushi, as well as other hot dishes such as Japanese fried chicken (karaage) - which is a must-have along with the grilled eel (unagi). And the kids say that the teriyaki chicken sushi is the yummiest they've had. Would definitely recommend trying to time it before or after the lunch time rush as there's limited seating and it's a...

Great service as always with a wide variety of options to eat, the food I ordered was made very quickly and tasted fresh. Sushi is $3.50 across the board with hot food such as gyoza and edamame going for $4.00, compared to other suburban sushi train stores this is quite a reasonable price. Sushi Mura also has Ramune soda in addition to standard "western" drinks like Coke and bottled iced teas which is quite a welcome surprise, unfortunately they do not serve free water to my knowledge. Lastly the gyoza that Sushi Mura serves is crispy rather than steamed, I personally prefer a softer gyoza with vinegar so I thought to mention this if anyone else prefers steamed gyoza over a baked or...

I knew I shouldn’t have the expectation that this sushi train is close to a genuine sushi train, sadly it’s not even remotely close. Almost ever sushi on the menu and on the conveyor belt are cooked, mostly deep fried or blow torched meat. The only raw nigiri sushi that I could see are salmon and tuna. The rice tasted like normal rice to me, no vinegar added. Spring rolls, dumplings and money bags are even on the conveyor belt which I have never seen before. This sushi train was packed on a Friday night. The staffs are very friendly. I could see they worked very hard to satisfy the local customers and they seem to be happy and enjoying the sushi. Unfortunately, I wasn’t one of those.

This is by far the best sushi place we have ever been to. Local, incredible service and everything is always so fresh and flavoursome. We have taken so many people here and are so grateful it exists!! Thanks for always being so friendly and wonderful!

We were in Brisbane and wanted Sushi. Looked sushi places up and saw this one with lots of 5 stars so we decided to drive 20 minutes to it and we were not disappointed that’s for sure. Each plate $3.50 and they taste amazing! Would highly recommend.
