Placed an order at the start of the week prepaid to pickup on Thursday night at 7:30pm for a large event we were holding down the road.
Called Thursday afternoon around 3pm to confirm that the order would be ready to be collected at 7:30pm to cater for the event. First go the staff member hung up on us mid call, when we called back the staff member said yes they will be ready for you at 7:30pm.
When arriving at the store the staff member said they didn’t bother making our order because they couldn’t confirm the order when we are running a large event and none of us are able to answer a call from this store when we had already confirmed the order earlier in day.
The poor resolution from the staff at this store was free garlic bread and drink for the inconvenience caused which just simply is not good enough. How is it our fault that your staff can’t communicate?
The store manager is very rude & inconsiderate to the fact that this is your stores fault & we are having to make over 70 people wait for food when this could have been avoided by your staff having communication skills.
After waiting for them to stop cooking other peoples orders and fast track our order through we managed to get the pizzas 20 minutes later.
When we got the pizzas back to the venue there was no indication which was gluten free or vegan which can cause a huge issue to someone who cannot have gluten. Mind you the pizzas were not cut. One pizza very under cooked as it’s clear they removed the pizza midway through cooking which we couldn’t serve to the guests. Another pizza over loaded with cheese it was ridiculous and running off the pizza.
Was told the franchise of the store would contact me in regards to my complaint but obviously that franchise couldn’t give 2 cares about how his store runs. Will be taking my complaint in regards to this...

The pizza Cleary is advertised with a TOPPING of tomato and mayo not a base of mayonnaise when we asked for no mayo the person taking the order didn’t mention the mayo was the base until it was too late and they already had it in the even this was lacking thoughtful customer service, and it gets worse when they all became disgruntled and the girl in the kitchen was displaying attitude when we politely asked to make an alternative pizza with a tomato or bbq base but they said “it’s already in the oven” as if it was “too bad so sad”. I said well I don’t want a pizza with no base and he proceeded to say it’ll be anothe 5 mins I said ok Thankyou and received the same pizza with no bloody base. Read moreVery terrible service by Domino's Forest Lake. Requested curbside service, sat in the car at the front of store and checked in, with hazard lights on. Notified by App that delivered will be made, waited and waited. No customers inside and some staff gathered around talking. One staff outside smoking near the front door. 2m away from the front door( wearing Domino's uniform and black apron). Complaints about the staff smoking and Staff Holly didnt care. Asked about the curbside service. Staff Holly stated it doesnt work. Looked at my Pizza inside the car and it looked terrible. Topping slid to one side and pizza looked very oilly. I dont write many bad reviews but this one takes the cake, better to stick with Pizza Hut. Thanks to the teenage Staff group at Dominos Forest Lake for a Disappointing service!
