WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was in your drive thru waiting bay for nearly 40 minutes, so I parked up and went inside, asked where my food was at and was told it was sitting there but they couldn’t tell me how long it had been sitting on their counter for (your employee said it’s my bad, I forgot you were there), so I asked for a refund, they proceeded to attempt a instore refund but only charged me a second time for food I did not get.
I went back the next day after the manager assured me the negative charge would be changed to a refund, it had not so I went in to get refunded not only for the food I did not take home but for the second charge for the food I did not take home also, the store manager or owner was called by the male employee in charge on Tuesday night and we resolved the second charge but they told me to contact online, for the app order refund have 2 times since then and not once have they responded or even made confirmation of my request.
I’ve already wasted more than 2 hours of my time over this week already and this is the worst customer service I have ever received from any company ever. And I will never eat RR again because of it and will actively tell people my experience. I may be a small fish in the sea but I deserved much better treatment than what I was given. Including how rude the manager/owner was to me during our interaction on Tuesday telling me to “listen” and “look” while I was trying to explain what happened and they kept cutting me off mid sentence. If your company is in the wrong you don’t treat the customer like a child not paying attention to you.
Props the the male supervisor on Tuesday for having compassion and understanding, he was an asset to this situation and he deserves to work for better people.

I didn't even want to take my daughter here on the 15/072025. but she insisted. I was very hesitant as I knew this Red rooster is notorious for bad food and customer service. I was RIGHT to feel that way. Ordered two triple cheese burger meals and received a single chicken filler burger. I had already arrived home when I realised this so I called the store. Upon calling the store to complain, the manager insisted my order was correct. Afrer much back and forth that eventuated in a promise of credit next time visiting the store. Fast forward to the 16/7/2025 to redeem my credit I was told by staff at the drive thru there was no record of my name and number so they wouldn't honour my credit. I have proof of purchase but she didn't want to correct there mistake. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted by a store in my life. Two triple cheeseburgers over charged $10 and she didn't want to know about it. New Indian owners have run this store into the ground.
So they act like they give a damn and are concerned under my review to say I can contact them them through an email and the email does not allow me to send a complaint. I am so disgusted by my treatment that I want to escalate it further. No one should be treated and lied to and made a fool of like I was for their mistake. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I had over the phone with a member of staff. I ordered a burger pack and rippa box through the drive-through and when I came home the staffs definition of burger pack was 4x small chips, 2x spicy burgers and 2x reds burgers. I have taken a photo to show what is included in a burger box. I called the staff and was told that there was no error and that’s what I had ordered. There isn’t even a bundle on your website that includes those items. I would have verbally had to request spicy burgers which is crazy as I cannot eat spicy food. It really frustrated me that your staff made me out to be a liar and had no customer service skills to deal with my concern. I was asked to come back to the shop so they could ‘check’ my order. Otherwise I was welcome to order what I needed through UberEats. Why would I drive 15mins back to store for an error you made. Please explain to me how a burger pack with 2 large chips, 2 rippa rolls, 2 reds burgers and 12 cheesy nuggets turns into 4 small chips, 2 red burgers and 2 spicy burgers??
