I have ordered my pizzas twice through door dash from this store and the second time our order had not arrived when i called the store i spoke with a young women about where my order is as no confirmation about this order or what was happening with our order? also the delivery time kept changing so i had to call the store as door dash had advised the order was coming from this store and when i found out the order was coming from this store i wasnt surprised, the person advised it was dropped off in the spot we had put in our delivery instructions but we looked all around our place an also at our neighbors but there was no order? i did advise i will be making a complaint as this is the second time this has happened we also asked for the delivery drivers number because we are worried it might not arrive or will be delivered to the wrong place again? Unfortunately when our pizzas arrived, our Supreme had only 2 slices in the box, and the six other pieces were completely missing. I went to the store in person to explain what had happened and we were not even given an apology. Just excuses about how the pizza had apparently fallen on the floor - this does not at all explain why only two pieces of pizza ended up in the box however? I am completely baffled by how poor the customer service is. The next day my brother went in to complain directly to the manager, and thankfully he was very understanding and quite shocked to hear about our experience with them. I ended up canceling my order. Getting my money back. I spoke to the manager who just finished taking a complaint on the phone had another gentleman waiting to complain.
