Domino's Pizza Yeronga — Restaurant in Brisbane City

The Yeronga Domino's has really gone down hill. Maybe it is a new franchisee? I have ordered from here for the last 7 years since I moved into the area, and more now with young kids.The last few orders this year have been sketchy, then the last one:

On the final time, I ordered a pizza a couple of months ago. After 35 minutes the Order tracker said order was 1 minute away, however the order was still not delivered 20 minutes later. At the one hour mark, I called the store and told would be another 20 minutes (!) as part of order missing. When requested the order be re-cooked as would be cold (the 1 hour delay, and it would be 1.5 hours after order), the staff member hung up on me. I called back and the other staff member was apologetic and said the order was underway. When it did arrive, no surprise the pizza was cold, soggy and severely undertopped. Also, it appears the size of pizzas has shrunk.

Given the mess on many levels, I actually made a complaint via the online feedback form.I was contacted by Sean who offered me a new order; it was a voucher for smaller than what I ordered, without the premium pizzas I ordered, but what the hey, I though, at least some comeback given a horrendous experience, with whinigey hungry kids who got peanut butter sandwiches, not pizza). Yet, to make this story even better, the code for a new order didn't work. I emailed back as was an available option, but no response 4 weeks later and hence this feedback.

Do not order from this store, the food, quality and service are pitiful and manure-like, The supposed customer service is equally as bad. You get charged a premium price for a no frills product. Save your dough (lol) and hassles and order from a local store like Graceville Pizza - it can be literally couple of dollars more only and you get a larger, generously topped and tasty Pizza with service from the owners who actually care. Delivery paid-98038: date 10/09/2025. Recently I order pizza, garlic breads too. They came late to deliver. While receiving the delivery, I touched pizza and found its cold. I asked the guy, he checked too. He found cold too. Instead of helping me, he asked me to call the store. I did call to the guy, and then the store. The store said, they will give me free pizza delivery to my home. Now, today on 13/09/2025, I called them to deliver me my free pizza. Now, the manager said, he will not deliver me free pizza, unless and until I order 23$ amount.

1. the delivery guy should have shared me this earlier - their rule.
2. the girl picked call in the store on 10/09/2025- she should told me that I need to order 23$, to get my free pizza.

This is awful. Worst experience of Dominos.

I already called the store, the guy who picked my call, he behaved roughly, and rudely. I have been lived in Australia NZ and other countries. Not a single dominoz behavior like this. I want my refund or pizza delivery to my home. I will not order extra pizza.

I complained to dominoz online portal, no one supporting. Worst dominoz Yeronga! Grew up guys, customer are everything for a successful store.

Now, it's on you to refund my money or provide free pizza, already the store Person behaved rudely on call.

At lunch time I walked into this Yeronga store found it wasn’t busy but had a few online orders, I have not ordered a lunchtime pizza for some time, I asked the cashier for some guidance… she wasn’t very helpful all the while taking on her mobile phone… I chose a small chicken perri perri and the cashier wasn’t very polite, was still on her mobile. She said it would be 15 min…?? When I walked out I noticed the glass door was filthy, waited the 15 min went back in and there were a few pizza coming out of the oven my name was on the board saying it was ready, a waited a bit longer and a bit longer… almost 20 min and then I asked can I get my pizza pointing to the ones just sitting at the edge of the oven, I have to go back to work the cashier said 2 min and then started laughing with the other staffer, she then started making my little pizza.. I asked is that mine? she said “In oven” I said how much longer? She said 2min…then laughed… I asked is that my pizza your making and she laughed again I asked for my money back she didn’t put it back on my card just gave me cash on the dirty counter I had to pick up one by one…and left trying not to touch the filthy door as I went. If I could give Zero stars...
