Gloria Jeans Coffee's Wynnum Plaza — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Well today I was sitting at Gloria jeans and I was gob smacked at what I saw. A customer had ordered a tea apparently it must have been too weak so asked for it too be stronger the waitress bought out the used tea bag and gave it to the customer. In my 30 years in the catering trade I could not believe what I saw. Who is training the staff. It was embarrassing to watch. 30/3/2025 Hygiene at Gloria Jeans has a lot to be desired. It needs the health inspector go through the shop. Old water served the food is not the freshest. You can actually see the meat drying out in the class case. What a disgusting display of bad behaviour from two staff members, a manger who allows a 16 year old to swear at customers and a manger who covers up their bad behaviour, a customer asked for a refund for your absolute rude behaviour, you never yelled out any orders that are ready you just left them on the counter expecting people to just know it's their coffee. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I would never recommend going to this Gloria Jean's, you would be better off going down to Hungry Jacks or McDonald's at least they don't swear at their customers and would offer...

Drinks are good especially the chillers. I am obsessed with them. I was very disappointed today because I asked yesterday about what time they would close and the gentlemen said 3:30 which was the time I finished work. Went to check in earlier and the girls said closing at 4. Mum was going to order chillers at 3:20 and the coffee machine was shut. That is 40 minutes before closing time.To me, I think the gentleman was telling me the correct time and ladies said differently. Also looked yesterday on Google and they said closing at 5.
