Grill'd Burgers - Bulimba — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I am sorry to say that my recent experience with Grill'd was extremely disappointing. I placed a delivery order on February 17, 2023, and when I bit into my burger, I discovered broken glass. This was not only a disgusting experience but also a dangerous one, as it posed a risk to my health.

To make matters worse, Grill'd never reached out to me to discuss the issue or apologise for their mistake. This lack of communication showed a complete disregard for customer service and a lack of concern for my well-being.

As a paying customer, I expect to receive safe and high-quality food from any restaurant, let alone a well-known chain like Grill'd. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

In summary, finding broken glass in my burger and the lack of follow-up from Grill'd has led me to give them a one-star rating. I hope that they take this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents do not happen to other customers...

Food was fine but imagine my surprise when , asking simply 'can I please have salt and pepper?' , was given the only (clogged) salt mill in the whole place and then, ' sorry we have no pepper' ' No pepper at all ' was my reply, 'no sorry no pepper at all ' was the reply , with a look at me as if I'd asked them to jump off a cliff! Come on Grilld, get some pepper and salt grinders on the tables , and stop being so mean.! In every two dime diner and burger joint in the U.S A. They have 45 billion bottles of sauce , condiments and , wonder of wonder, SALT AND PEPPER! And come to it so does ANY dine in or take away Cafe in Australia. My family raved about this place said the burgers were better than Ribs n Burgers.

I ordered my burger with a gluten free bun. Probably the worst gluten free bun I’ve ever had. They need to get a decent gluten free bun like Ze Pickle uses, theirs are amazing.

The rest of the burger was bland. I’m scratching my head about my family liking the burgers here more than Ribs n Burgers. Maybe the gluten burgers taste better and I chose a bad burger. Regardless I don’t want to return, I’d rather go without.

The restaurant has colouring in for the kids to do. Hence an upgrade from one star to two.

In Bulimba, Ribs n Burgers is my favourite so far, yet to try Betty’s Burgers, and I don’t want to try the carcinogenic charring of Charred’s...
