Never put reviews but this time it has to be addressed. I have asked for my kid, a burrito with just rice and beans as my kid doesn't eat meat and there is no fish option, so just rice and bean and a supplement sour cream. First burrito served: no bean, so went back to the counter and asked nicely to get the right order. The employee apologied and I understood that it was refunding me the burrito price in the Little G Pack, so I put my card to be credited back. Second burrito served, still no bean. I went back for the second time and said that it doesn't seem to have bean again. Two of the employees look at it and answered me that there is probably beans at the button (??? So what I should be happy with 3 beans at the button?). I was surprised by the answer and did not have words at that moment. My kid ended up open up the wrap and it was absolutely no bean. So third time went back, to ask for what we were expecting since the first stage. And, we finally got a burrito with rice and beans. I haven't enjoy my dinner going back and forth to the counter. And my Cali burrito had avocado on it when I did not ask for i + all the fillings were basically not well spread out, got all flavours at the end of it. And right now, I am noticing that it was not a refund at all. The employee actually charged me more money from the second burrito! I always give a second chance in hospitality as I have also worked within the sector and sometimes it is an unfortunate time but quite upsetting when you have to ask 3 times to get the right order, and being overcharged for it. At the end, they were apologitic but not enough unfortunately. Hopefully, it...
Read moreLive local and have given this place three shots since opening thinking perhaps they just needed some time to get going - unfortunately, each experience has been worse than the one before.
My partner called by to collect herself a crispy chicken taco (only eats chicken) ordered in person at the counter, picked up the meal and walked home to find beef - a completely inedible mean for her and impossible to understand how the error occurred (labels correctly had chicken).
Then after a trip through the drive through to grab two cali cripsy chicken burritos, thats it - entire order. Both wrong, one missing guac and both having normal chicken instead of the crispy.
This morning the worst of them all. Local coffee shop is closed thanks to the impending Cyclone - we thought we'd give GYG a shot for a coffee and a quick breakfast. Burrito was average to say the best, my partners avocado toast was more so soggy avocado bread and the quality of the avocado was lets say leaving a lot to be desired. The coffee, was literally horrible - tipped mine out.
I dont expect high, high quality food from a fast food venture, but I expect to at least get correct - edible, food. Its been nothing but a waste of money. As a local, with the place within walking distance, I...
Read moreOrdered through Uber Eats and ordered a beef enchilada with extras inc meat, cheese, lettuce, jalapeños, salsa, coriander and received the enchilda with zero extras, 90% rice and beans, I table spoon of guac, small amount of sourcream, no cheese, 4 diced tomatoes, crumbled cornchips. I usually order from Arana Hills but thought I would support a new business and mistakenly thought with new staff etc that the meal would be spot on. There was ZERO sauce inside, just mushy rice, blackbeans and about 2 tablespoons of brisket. I rang the store and no answer, left a message to TRAIN the Staff to read the order and make what is supposed to be the order. Waiting for a refund on the extras from Uber Eats but I really deserve the entire cost of the enchilada. The chips were stone cold and no seasoning. Can the staff read? Do the staff know the menu? Is anyone working there that has a clue? Judging by the other reviews the answer to this is no. This store will not last if this utter disrespect to customers continues. In this economy people are going to be spending their...
